Organizations today are in a constant state of change, especially looking for ways to automate processes with software. With change comes learning and the need for end user training. Often organizations know there is a need for change and immediately turn to solutions without identifying the root of the problems. Organization Development practices help identify the real issues which often uncover the need for training. There is a lot of opportunity for organizations to grow through the implementation of Organization Development practices and learning best practices to develop adult training programs, especially in the ever changing software industry. The two together are more powerful and help the change process go smoothly and make the changes last.
