This article probes into the reason and the necessity for carrying on the organization change, and confirms the dynamic model of the organization change, then has analyzed the difficulty and the resistance of the organization change . And then the text designs a set of the process of the organization change. Finally, it discusses the application of the theory on Guojian Group.First of all, the report briefly introduces the theory of the organization and the organization transform, discusses the necessity and the feasibility of the organization change, and points out the goal and the background of this research carried on. Next, it introduces the basic information of Guojian Group, and pay high attention to the organizational structure adopted by the Group at present and the restriction it meets when it has developed from the regional real estate enterprise to the nationwide real estate enterprise . Among them, discussion of the necessity of the organization change is the most important part.Once more, in the foundation, it provides the organization change plan which the Guojian Grop could adopt. It differentiates the responsibility of the region division and the headquarters ,and introduces the plan in detail.Finally, according to the macroeconomic policy and the Guojian Group's own development phase, it analyzes the exterior challenge and internal restriction that the organization change possibly meets. In this foundation, it provides the corresponding counter-measure that the Guojian Group should take.
