Abstract/Summary:
Inflexible institutional learning facilities pose many barriers in the developing world's student. Bangladesh is one of them. This problem is particularly acute in rural and remote areas where environmental and infrastructure challenges hinder other learning modalities, more specifically electronic learning which is adopted by the developed world. In an attempt to find a viable solution, we have proposed a new framework for distance learning using wireless technology. The proposed mobile learning system framework is a learning model that blends wireless technology and mobile computing to support the delivery of cost-effective and quality education. To make a clear picture of our proposed framework, we have analyzed the feasibility, acceptance and effectiveness of mobile learning in the context of Bangladesh. This new framework will play a vital role for advancing institutional learning facilities in developing regions.
