At present, the most common logistics mode in our country is the third party logistics. However, with the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid rise of the Internet-based e-commerce,enterprises have put forward higher demands on their logistics systems. The fourth party logistics came into being as an integrator of the supply chain. The fourth party logistics integrates excellent supply chain resources. On the one hand, the fourth party logistics needs information sharing for efficiently arranging logistics activities with the third party logistics. However, the third party logistics is not willing to share information with the fourth party logistics because of information security and other factors. Then the conflict of the information sharing will arise such as the conflict between the Cainiao and the SF Express. On the other hand, the unfair competition between the third party logistics will bring difficulties to the operation of the fourth party logistics, such as the logistics event in Henan. Therefore, based on the research on the development of the fourth party logistics, this thesis studies the problem of the information sharing conflict and the unfair competition between the third party logistics. The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, the methodology of graph model for conflict resolution, the modeling process and its application in various fields are summarized.Based on this, the modeling process of the agent-based graph model and the rules of its stability state determination are expounded. Then, the decision support system GMCR+which is based on the methodology of the graph model for conflict resolution is introduced.Secondly, the conflict of the information sharing during the development of the fourth party logistics is modeled by using the methodology of the graph model for conflict resolution. After analyzing the background of the conflict, the decision makers and their options are identified. The feasible states of the conflict are generated by judging the rule of the unfeasible states. On the basis of full literature review, the preferences of the decision makers are determined. Then, the graph model of the information sharing conflicts is modeled. Then according to the analysis of the established graph model, all the equilibrium states of the conflict are calculated. It also identifies and deduces the evolutionary path of the conflict problem. Then, the conflict of the unfair competition among the third party with the effect of the fourth party logistics or not are modeled based on the agent-based graph model.A simulation framework which is based on the agent for the competition and cooperation among the third party logistics is presented. And the time is introduced into the decision rules to simulate the evolutionary process of the conflict state so that the relevant decision-makers can dynamically analyze the development trend of the unfair competition conflict among the third party logistics.Based on the above analysis, the conclusions are as follows:(1)the fourth party logistics will come into being with the development of modern logistics industry and it reflects the inevitability of the fourth party logistics;(2)the fourth party logistics provides auxiliary functions for the third party logistics in its early stage and does not participate in information sharing. The fourth party logistics provides logistics services for manufacturers by sharing information with third party logistics in its late development period. And the third party logistics can also provide logistics services for the manufacturer through its own development.(3)Under the influence of the fourth party logistics,it can achieve that all the third party logistics are not involved in unfair competition.(4)The fourth party logistics can effectively reduce the third party logistics unfair competition participants.
