Conflict is a state that exists universally in reality. It results from the incompatibility of the objectives pursued by the stakeholders. How to find the effective equilibrium solution is the key to solve the conflict problem. The traditional conflict equilibrium solution based on game theory requires the decision maker’s strategy, preference and other information strictly, and is carried out under the precise information analysis. However,in real life, due to the uncertainty of decision-making environment, the limited cognition of decision-makers,the limited rationality of decision-making and the different value orientations,it is difficult to obtain accurate and quantitative preference information, but more information of relative preference is obtained.Graph Model Conflict Resolution(GMCR)is based on the relative preference, through the in-depth understanding of the conflict events and then the decision maker’s behavior to establish the corresponding mathematical model to solve the conflict problem. However, most of the existing studies on graph model conflict resolution determine the final preference ranking of decision makers through qualitative methods, and do not take into account the feature that stakeholders may be affected by various factors when making decisions. In order to solve these problems, this paper combines the theory of graph model conflict resolution, grey system theory,multi-objective optimization method and so on,and carries out research on the grey graph model conflict resolution. The content is as follows:(1)Theoretical framework construction and quantitative preference determination of grey graph model conflict resolution.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately obtain the preference information of the conflicting decision-makers in the uncertain environment, this paper introduces the method of using the interval grey number to represent the decision-makers’ relative preference for the pairwise state. The problems of preference determination under single criterion and multiple criteria are studied. For a single criterion, the final preference of decision makers can be determined by comparing the interval grey values of their relative preference directly. For the multi-criteria,the preference information is aggregated by the method of grey correlation analysis. Then, the optimal and the worst relational degree is calculated according to the decision-maker’s relative preference.Considering that the closer the weighted correlation degree is to the preference vector of the optimal grey interval and the farther it is to the preference vector of the worst grey interval, the better the overall preference of the decision maker for a certain state and the smaller the uncertainty of the information, the corresponding multi-objective function is constructed. It reduces the subjectivity of preference ranking and makes the result more accurate. On this basis, the logical definitions of four kinds of grey basic stability and their logical relations are given.(2)Taking the conflict of "pollution problem of Yunnan Xianfeng Chemical Plant" as the case to analyze.Through in-depth investigation and understanding of the background of the conflict case,we analyzed the strategy choice, relative preference information and status transfer information of the local government,Yunnan Pioneer Chemical Group and other related polluting enterprises and the local public in the conflict event.Under the background of single criterion and multiple criteria, the corresponding preference orders are determined respectively. Then we determine the global equilibrium solution and compare the results. Finally, the evolution path in the conflict process is analyzed and explained in detail in combination with the actual background. The stability of equilibrium is confirmed by the sensitivity analysis of the changes of decision-makers’ preference rankings. The case analysis verifies the validity of the theoretical research.
