With the increasing economic exchanges around the world,the demand for freight between countries has increased dramatically.In this context,the world transportation industry has ushered in a boom.Among them,maritime transport plays a very important role,and the freight volume of ship transport reaches 80% of the total freight volume.As we all know,the external factor that has the greatest impact on ship routes is the marine meteorological environment.In the study of ship routes,environmental factors are considered to be wind,waves,fog and ocean currents.The meteorological environment not only affects the speed of the ship,but the bad weather also poses a safety hazard to the ship.This paper is mainly based on the use of meteorological environmental data,while optimizing the economic and safety objectives of the ship route.First,the impact of the meteorological environment on the ship was analyzed,and a fuel consumption and safety assessment model was established.Secondly,the research and analysis of the grey wolf optimization algorithm selected in this route optimization is improved and the randomness of the head wolf update position is increased.Then,the improved gray wolf optimization algorithm is tested and compared with standard functions,and the results are analyzed.Thirdly,the multi-objective grey wolf optimization algorithm is introduced and improved,and then the function test and performance analysis are carried out.Next,the navigation space is discretized and then the multi-objective optimization algorithm is applied to the route design.Finally,a simulation experiment was conducted on the designed route,and the North Atlantic Ocean and the North Pacific Ocean were selected for comparison.At the end of the article,the results of the experiment are analyzed.When the environment in the sea is bad,the optimization of the route will improve the safety of the ocean-going vessels,and the corresponding economic indicators will be reduced.When the meteorological environment in the season of the sea area is relatively ideal,the optimized route will be very close to the big circle route,which will reduce the fuel consumption.The route optimization based on the multitarget gray wolf optimization algorithm achieves the optimization goal.
