In recent years,earthquakes have occurred frequently,causing serious injuries and property losses.How to quickly respond to emergencies and improve rescue efficiency has always been the focus of emergency rescue research.The emergency material distribution route is a key component of the rescue plan.The rationality of its choice directly determines the merits and demerits of the rescue plan and has important research value.The paper firstly analyzes the road damage,road conditions and road safety based on the actual road conditions in the earthquake disaster-affected area,and establishes an evaluation index system for difficulty of access to the single-seismic road section.Then the use of triangular fuzzy number scoring method to reduce the impact of road conditions information ambiguity,the use of scoring interval to reduce the subjective impact of experts,the use of expert weights to reduce the impact of expert differences,and proposed a triangular fuzzy number based on the score and Expert weights based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,taking the evaluation of the difficulty level of a seismic damage road as an example,the traffic difficulty of the road section was estimated,which provided effective parameters for the calculation of the vehicle distribution time after the earthquake.When establishing a material distribution route optimization model under earthquake disasters,it was established in consideration of the number of distribution centers and material supply capacity,the urgency of demand for materials at disaster sites,the difficulty of distribution routes,the types of distribution vehicles,and material distribution methods.Corresponding constraint conditions,and the overall satisfaction degree of the service time of the disaster-affected site is the largest,the path selection criteria,and the establishment of the optimization goal.When the algorithm is designed for the model,the basic principle and implementation flow of the serial genetic algorithm and the parallel genetic algorithm are analyzed.Based on the distributed parallel genetic algorithm model,different subpopulations are selected with different probabilities to realize the selection and crossover.Based on the mutation operator and the convergence efficiency of the subpopulation algorithm as the migration criterion,a pseudo-parallel genetic algorithm with adaptive migration characteristics was designed to reduce unnecessary communication overhead in the parallel operation process and improve the algorithm efficiency.Finally,taking the selection of the logistics distribution route in the emergency response process of “7.22 Min and Zhang county Earthquake”,combining the characteristics of the above model and algorithm,using C++ language programming to solve,and comparative analysis of the basic genetic algorithm,distributed parallel genetic algorithm The convergence of the distributed parallel genetic algorithm based on adaptive migration strategy verifies the high efficiency of the designed algorithm.
