From the reform and opening up of China's education development, the education system has continued to improve, education funds have increased substantially, and education resources have continued to be abundant. The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that education has developed in an all-round way,and education in the central and western regions and localities has been significantly strengthened. It is not difficult to find that education development in our country is advancing by leaps and bounds. In order to improve the educational conditions in impoverished areas,China's education sector has launched a series of work. With the reform and development of education, education in China's rural areas has received social attention. Therefore, the proportion of rural residents spending on education has also changed. With the establishment and improvement of China's education cost sharing system, the cost of education expenditure has begun to tilt towards individuals and families, and the education costs of individuals and families have increased. The construction of a new countryside not only promotes the development of the rural economy, but also changes the ability of education spending. At the same time, due to the urban-rural development gap in our country, education has also become an important way for more local rural families to change their living environment and improve their quality of life.Educational equity is very important.Under the development of the new economy, the consumption structure of rural residents in China has changed, which has also caused a change in the ratio of rural residents' education expenditure to total consumption expenditure.China has a large rural population. Therefore, research and analysis of the current status and changes of rural residents' education expenditures can help to improve the education of rural areas in China and help formulate national education policies.Based on the basic theory of education expenditure, the theory of education cost sharing and the theory of personal cost sharing, this study uses the macro data of 1999-2018 in the database of National Bureau of statistics and the micro data of 2010-2018 in the database of China's family tracking survey to study the changes of education expenditure of rural residents in 1999-2018 by using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis This study analyzes the relationship between urban-rural income gap and education expenditure, and based on the micro data, discusses the impact of disposable income and other consumption expenditure on education expenditure of rural residents. The main research contents can be divided into the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly describes the research background and significance of this article, literature review, research content and methods, research innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter, related concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the basic theory of educational expenditure, the externality of education and the theory of educational cost sharing, this chapter discusses the establishment and improvement of educational cost sharing system in China. Finally, the study discusses the related content of personal cost sharing, and introduces the knowledge theory of time series data stability test and regression model. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of education expenditure of rural residents in China. This part first introduces the current situation of education in China, then establishes the indicators of per capita actual expenditure on education, growth rate of per capita expenditure on education, burden rate of per capita expenditure on education and so on,and quantitatively analyzes the above-mentioned 20-year rural residents' educational expenditure capacity and its change trend from multiple perspectives. The results show that the educational expenditure of rural residents is increasing, and the burden of educational expenditure is decreasing first and then In recent years, the proportion of education expenditure in total consumption expenditure is on the rise, and the reasons are analyzed briefly.Chapter fifth, the influencing factors of per capita education expenditure of rural residents in China. In this chapter,in this chapter,in order to analyze the influencing factors of rural education expenditure, first of all, this study uses the Eviews software to carry out the stationarity test and correlation regression analysis on the relevant data of the urban-rural income gap from 1999 to 2018,and uses SPSS software to carry out the relevant data.Regression analysis and related models were established.Through empirical analysis, the relationship between rural residents' per capita education expenditure and urban-rural income gap was obtained. The results show that the urban-rural income gap will have an impact on rural residents'expenditure on education.Reduce the gap in education expenditure between urban and rural residents,so as to better promote education equity. Finally, based on this conclusion, the five-year microscopic data in the 2010-2018 Chinese household survey database was selected as the sample data, and rural disposable income and other consumption expenditures were selected as the influencing factors of this study. The per capita education expenditure and the impact of the selection were selected. The factors take logarithm first, then establish a mixed regression model, and perform a mixed regression analysis. It is found that excluding residential consumption, the per capita disposable income of rural residents and other various consumption expenditures will have a significant impact on education expenditures, and health care consumption expenditures are crowded Out effects, other variables are crowding effects.Chapter five, research results and recommendations. In this chapter, through the previous analysis, the results are summarized, and the analysis results are combined with the current status of education development in China. This study makes some suggestions:improve urban and rural integration, increase rural residents' income, and improve education spending capacity;Optimizing the rural consumption structure;rationally allocating public education resources to ensure the equality of children of different classes in education.
