The distribution center is at the core node of the entire logistics system,and its facility layout directly affects the operational efficiency of the logistics system.A reasonable distribution center facility layout is of great significance for reducing logistics costs and improving logistics efficiency.my country's pharmaceutical logistics market is in a stage of rapid development,and the number of pharmaceutical logistics distribution companies is increasing,gradually changing from blindly pursuing the quantity of pharmaceutical logistics supply to pursuing higher quality.Especially in the case of public health emergencies,my country's medical logistics enterprise distribution center layout is not perfect,lack of operating experience and other issues,resulting in relatively slow supply of emergency medical supplies.Therefore,the research on the facility layout of the pharmaceutical logistics distribution center has very important practical value and guiding significance.This article takes Xinjiang Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,uses Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)to plan its distribution center facility layout,and combines the normalization of the epidemic situation to provide the distribution center facility layout of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises Provides an optimization method.Based on the actual survey data of Xinjiang Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,this article first uses the EIQ(Entry,Item,Quantity)analysis method to analyze the orders of Xinjiang Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Distribution Center from May 2020 to November 2020.The data is analyzed,and the EIQ comprehensive analysis shows that there are problems such as unreasonable division of the storage area in the regional operation unit of the distribution center.In response to the problem of layout planning in the distribution center,the EIQ-ABC method was used to classify the distribution center drugs,combined with the distribution center operation process to divide the operation unit and calculate the area.Secondly,use the SLP facility layout planning method to calculate the logistics relationship and the non-logistics relationship between the operating units,calculate the comprehensive relationship between the operating units according to the two relationship weight ratio 2:1,and draw the location correlation of the operating units according to the comprehensive relationship As shown in the figure,two layout schemes are obtained and the fuzzy evaluation method is used for evaluation and selection.Finally,using Monte Carlo simulation,combined with the storage area calculation model,it is determined that the order quantity of ABC three types of goods obeys the negative binomial distribution,and the parameter setting is carried out.The simulation results are obtained by simulating 5000 times.According to the simulation results,the optimal storage area layout plan can be known.A The area of the storage area for Class B goods and Class C goods should be increased by 1.3 times,and the storage area for Class B goods should be reduced to 0.7 times the original area.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to solve the problem of unreasonable storage area planning under public health emergencies.It helps the distribution center of Xinjiang Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.and more pharmaceutical logistics companies to deal with public health emergencies.The layout planning of the distribution center provides a valuable reference.
