With the development of China's economy,the demand of social logistics is gradually increasing.The development of cloud logistics service mode is of great significance to promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics industry and improve the efficiency of social logistics.At the same time,with the development of e-commerce and new retail,fresh food supply chain also faces the pressure of increasing logistics cost and low logistics efficiency.Considering the development mode of cloud logistics,thinking about the transformation and upgrading of fresh food supply chain is the key to improve the resource utilization efficiency and service level of fresh food supply chain.As a key link connecting the upstream and downstream of the urban fresh supply chain,the reasonable geographical layout and functional positioning of the distribution center is particularly important for the urban fresh supply chain.Under the background of cloud warehousing,using public cloud warehouse as the distribution center of urban fresh food supply chain,and optimizing the location of cloud warehouse and downstream replenishment strategy is of great significance for the realization of intensive development of urban fresh food supply chain.Based on this background,on the basis of fully understanding the cloud warehousing service mode and the urban fresh supply chain,this paper takes the urban fresh supply chain dominated by the fresh supermarket as the object to study the location selection of the distribution center and the inventory optimization of the downstream fresh supermarket.First of all,through the analysis of the circulation mode dominated by the fresh food chain supermarket,this paper constructs a three-tier distribution network system of urban fresh products,quantifies the costs of warehouse leasing,circulation processing and transportation in the distribution network,and establishes the distribution center location model under the background of cloud warehousing with the goal of minimizing the total transaction cost of fresh food logistics.Then the multilayer coding genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the selection scheme of cloud warehouse and the distribution relationship between upstream and downstream of fresh supply chain are determined.Secondly,this paper studies the inventory optimization of the downstream fresh supermarket based on the centralized inventory management of cloud warehouse,describes the freshness and deterioration rate of fresh products under the condition of time-varying quality,designs the corresponding market demand function and determines the functional relationship between the fresh product inventory level and time.Then the inventory cost model of fresh supermarket affected by different replenishment times of fresh products is established with the goal of minimizing the total inventory cost of chain fresh supermarket.The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the replenishment plan of all kinds of products in fresh supermarket,which provides a scientific idea for the inventory management under the cloud warehousing mode.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the actual operation of fresh supply chain and the improvement of the modernization level of fresh supply chain under the background of cloud warehousing.
