In recent years,with the continuous increase of e-commerce business volume,the demand of the logistics industry continues to grow,and the terminal delivery volume of logistics enterprises has continued to increase.At the same time,,the problems of serious homogeneity and high distribution costs of logistics enterprises are emerging.Among them,the problems in terminal logistics distribution are particularly prominent.In terminal logistics,it is common that different companies provide distribution services for the same node,which has caused problems such as repeated distribution and high distribution costs.Against this background,this article introduces the concept of collaborative distribution to terminal logistics,and studies the route optimization model for collaborative distribution with shared nodes in terminal logistics in order to reduce distribution costs and improve distribution efficiency.At present,many scholars have conducted research on collaborative distribution,but the researches have mostly focused on multiple distribution centers of the same enterprise,or all nodes of the collaborators are collected for planning,without considering different types of goods and differences of logistics networks among enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the route optimization for collaborative distribution with shared nodes in terminal logistics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The problem background and framework of route optimization for collaborative distribution with shared nodes in terminal logistics have been proposed.First,we refine the main research problem from the practical perspective.Then we give the research significance,clarify the research content,and construct the research framework,which provides ideas for the future research work.(2)This paper refines the route optimization for collaborative distribution without transfer points in terminal logistics and constructs the corresponding model.This paper describes the route optimization problem without transfer points for collaborative distribution in terminal logistics in terminal logistics,gives the presupposition and symbol definition of the problem,and constructs the route optimization model aiming at maximizing the benefits of alliance,and finally designs the solution method of the model.(3)This paper refines the route optimization for collaborative distribution with transfer points in terminal logistics and constructs the corresponding model.First,this paper describes the route optimization problem for collaborative distribution with transfer points in terminal logistics,gives the presupposition and symbol definition of the problem,and constructs the route optimization model aiming at minimum alliance distribution costs.Then this paper gives the income distribution based on route optimization results.Finally solution method of the model has been designed.(4)Two application studies about collaborative distribution route optimization have been presented.Taking a number of enterprises as examples,the effectiveness of the two methods proposed in this paper is illustrated.Route optimization model for collaborative distribution with shared nodes in terminal logistics is an extension of previous collaborative distribution research.Through model solving and applied research analysis,it is shown that the collaborative distribution research in this paper can provide theoretical reference and method support for terminal logistics enterprises to reduce distribution costs,improve vehicle loading rate and distribution efficiency.Besides,it can also provide a new idea for enterprises to deal with fierce market competition.
