The Research Of A Company Cold-chain Logistics Distribution Route Optimization

With the development of cold chain technology and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand of cold chain logistics is becoming more and more exuberant,which provides unprecedented opportunities for logistics enterprises.How to improve the operation efficiency of cold chain logistics distribution and reduce the distribution cost become the winning weapon of the competition among the major enterprises.However,at present,most cold chain logistics enterprises still have many problems,such as high distribution cost,untimely distribution and so on.Therefore,how to optimize the distribution route,reduce the distribution cost and improve the distribution efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved in cold chain logistics enterprises.This research takes the cold chain logistics distribution route of Company A as the research object,on the basis of the existing research results,combines the characteristics of the cold chain logistics and the development status of the cold chain logistics distribution of Company A.It is found that there are some problems such as the lack of scientific planning of distribution route,the lack of attention to time constraints,and the low level of refrigeration technology of distribution vehicles.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems,aiming at the actual situation of cold chain distribution in Company A,The distribution route optimization model of cold chain logistics is constructed.The optimization objective is to minimize the total cost of five costs,namely,fixed cost,variable cost,refrigeration cost,cargo loss cost and penalty cost.Then,using genetic algorithm to solve the model,finally get the optimal scheme for the cold-chain logistics distribution route of A company.Finally,the optimal safeguard measures are put forward,which are strengthening the control of cold chain distribution cost,strengthening the training of distribution personnel,increasing the input of cold chain infrastructure and enhancing the ability to respond to emergencies.In order to improve A company cold chain logistics operation capacity,reduce operating costs,improve customer satisfaction.The conclusion of this study will provide a solution for the rationalization of cold chain logistics distribution route,the improvement of distribution efficiency and the reduction of distribution cost in related enterprises.
