Nowadays,in the process of urban construction,the emergence of various new technologies makes the acquisition,storage,management and application of data tend to be improved.Meanwhile,higher requirements are put forward for their respective fields.2D GIS cannot better express data and realize spatial analysis.Although traditional 3D GIS has some advantages,it is still in the "visualization" stage.Therefore,it has become the focus of GIS research to add new functions to traditional GIS.Urban 3D model provides a new direction for spatial analysis of GIS,especially the rise of BIM technology,which greatly expands the data source of 3D GIS and extends the application field of 3D GIS.However,due to the inconsistency between BIM and GIS standards,the data still cannot be directly correlated.Therefore,realizing the sharing of BIM and GIS data is a fundamental problem to realize the integration of BIM and GIS.This paper takes IFC model as the data source to study its transformation method to CityGML model.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the background and significance of this research,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad in detail.The problems existing in the current research results are put forward and the detailed technical route is formed based on the core content.(2)The origin and development of BIM technology and 3d GIS are summarized in detail,IFC standard and CityGML standard are introduced,and the differences between them are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow research.(3)According to IFC standard and CityGML standard,the transformation method of geometric model is innovatively proposed and the complete transformation process is constructed.Realizing the geometric reconstruction of IFC model to CityGML model through the processes of semantic filtering,geometric extraction and coordinate transformation,and proposes the construction method of lod-1 to lod-4 CityGML models.(4)Then,the attribute information of the model is extracted,mapped and extended to complete the reconstruction of the model.FME software was used for the experiment.The experimental results were viewed in CityGML browsing software and imported into Arc GIS for analysis to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the transformation.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively guarantee the completeness of IFC model data,and the transformed model can be used to view and analyze attributes in Arc GIS,thus providing a new solution for the integration of BIM and GIS.
