The transformation of spatial data model is to realize the sharing of geospatial data.It aims to use the original data to realize different requirements and complete the data transformation without repeated measurement in the same area.Up to now,The 1:10000 topographic map DLG is produced, managed and maintained by the provinces alone,Each province and city has certain autonomy in the regulation of data coding, the way of element expression and the content of element expression, and basically has its own local regulation. The production of 1:10000 DLG is also carried out in different regions according to the needs of economic construction,Due to the long time span, there will be some differences in the data of different periods in the same province. These are the basic status quo of local data at present. This makes 1:10,000 databases in provinces horizontally inconsistent and difficult to integrate and apply,Vertically,it is not coordinated with 1:50,000 national basic geographic information database, which is difficult to integrate and correlate. How to use the local data quickly and effectively, realize the transformation of the database model, and complete the data sharing is an important factor to realize the digital China and build a smart China.Based on the current situation of geospatial data sharing at home and abroad, this paper starts from the aspect of geographic semantic transformation, explains the essence of geographic data transformation by using the transformation of geographic semantics and grammar, and proposes the method of semantic transformation to realize the transformation and sharing of geographic data. This paper mainly does the following work:The main work of this paper includes:1.Introduce concepts related to semantics to describe the relationship between geospatial data and objective geographical phenomena. This paper analyzes the classification and grammatical rules of geographical semantics, analyzes the spatial features and attribute features of symbols and their relations with geographical phenomena, and constructs a system of semantic rules to express the semantic relations of different geographical phenomena.Proposes a semantic transformation based on geographic ontology to solve the mapping of data transformation and establishes a semantic sharing framework based on ontology.2.Analyzed and compared the data format, data model, system classification and structural characteristics of classification code of various standard data, analyzed the differences and similarities among them, and formulated the technical route and method of data transformation.3.Based on the research of geographical ontology, the corresponding relationship of geographical elements is completed through the relationship between the connotation and extension of geographical semantics, and the relationship of classification code "many-to-one" and " one-to-many " is solved.4.This paper systematically designs the 1:10000 DLG data conversion in jiangsu province, designs the overall data flow in the conversion process in detail, and improves the production process of data processing and production efficiency by using the template system. In this paper, from theory to practice, through the analysis and study of spatial data model transformation rules, the geographical semantics transformation combined with data conversion, through this article research results and the successful application of changzhou data conversion program, confirmed the feasibility of semantic translation, for the provincial DLG data transformation and data sharing across different departments area provides new ideas and technical support.
