In today's world,knowledge is one of the important foundations of social progress and economic development,and it is constantly produced and accumulated with social development.As an important carrier of knowledge,all kinds of online resources are constantly accumulating and increasing.Online resources,both in quantity and variety,are increasing day by day and come from different sources.It is urgent to find ways to improve the quality and efficiency of online resource management.Therefore,multi-source online resource management has become a research hotspot in the field of knowledge management.In recent years,the application of ontology in the fields of artificial intelligence and knowledge management has received extensive attention.When online resource management is supported by semantics,its efficiency and accuracy can be improved.The core of semantic support is ontology construction.The more trustworthy the ontology is,the more accurate the retrieval results will be.This paper studies the method of automatically constructing domain ontology,and the method of automatically obtaining the most trusted ontology through negotiation-game mechanism.Then we design and implement a multi-source online resource management system.The specific work and contributions are as follows:1.Research on Distributed Ontology Learning and Integration Based on Ontology Mapping.A novel ontology construction method is proposed,with emphasis on ontology mapping based distributed ontology learning and integration.By designing a semantic linker with ontology migration learning function,Agents can automatically learn domain rules and build ontology when they enter a new domain.The feasibility of ontology debate and logical consensus solution is analyzed,and it is proved that this method can make negotiation reach agreement faster,which shows that it has higher ontology construction efficiency.2.Research on distributed semantic automatic negotiation and game mechanism.Firstly,the negotiation-game ontology is defined,then a new distributed ontology aggregation rule and algorithm are given,and the negotiation-game mechanism supported by ontology semantics is designed.It is proved that the efficiency is improved by introducing the negotiation-game process.Finally,Monte Carlo tree search method is used to obtain the solution of negotiation-game strategy under ontology and support.3.Design and development of online resource management prototype system supported by collaborative semantics.According to the above theoretical model,an online resource management prototype system supported by collaborative semantics is designed,and the system architecture,technical framework and core process are built.The system builds ontology through ontology mapping based distributed ontology learning and integration,then gets the most trusted ontology through distributed semantic automatic negotiation and game,and finally realizes online resource management with the ontology as semantic support.The application of the two methods in different links makes them more efficient and accurate than other systems.
