Type-2 Fuzzy Generalized TODIM Method And Its Application In Risk Assessment Of Supply Chain In Social Commerce

The vigorous development of e-commerce has spawned social commerce(S-Commerce),which provides an opportunity for the development of the e-commerce market and also brings about revolutionary to the supply chain.However,the electronic,digital and network features of social commerce supply chain also brings more uncertainty risks.According to the risk factors identification,and the comprehensive assessment of social commerce supply chain with complexity and uncertainty,which can effectively control and monitor risks in social commerce supply chain.To address the issues above,a scientific and reasonable index system of supply chain risk assessment of social commerce is established by identifying the risk factors of social commerce supply chain.At the same time,an extended generalized TODIM risk assessment method within interval type-2 fuzzy sets(IT2FSs)is proposed,which is combined with the evaluation index system to construct a supply chain risk evaluation model of generalized TODIM within IT2 FSs for social commerce.Finally,the above model is applied to the social commerce platform for empirical analysis.The main research of this article are as follows:Firstly,the risk factors of the socialized commerce supply chain are studied.Three new important attributes of social interaction,social technology and business interaction are proposed conceptually.In addition,the supply chain structure of social commerce is proposed,and the main features such as taking socialized commerce as the core,socialized information sharing,and new types of customer relationships are studied.Finally,the risk factors of the social commerce supply chain is summarized,such as customer relationship risks and operational risks.Secondly,a risk assessment method based on the generalized TODIM within IT2 FSs is proposed.In the traditional TODIM method,the square root function is adopted for the decision maker's(DM)profit and loss attitude.Considering that the attributes have different characteristics in multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM),such as the different selectivity of the cost and benefit criteria,a classification evaluation of attributes is proposed.A more generalized TODIM method is formed by adopting the more general value function parameter form in prospect theory and combining the optimal distance ranking method.On this basis,considering the linguistic ambiguity in risk decisionmaking,the proposed generalized TODIM method is extended to IT2 FSs environment,and propose the generalized TODIM within IT2 FSs model.Finally,based on the above model combined with type-2 DEMATEL weighting method,a risk decision method based on IT2 F generalized TODIM is constructed,so as to propose a more general risk decision model and apply it to supply chain risk evaluation.In addition,a risk assessment model of social commerce supply chain based on IT2 F generalized TODIM is proposed.First of all,based on the previous research foundation of social commerce supply chain risk,combined with the general process of supply chain risk assessment,a process of social commerce supply chain risk assessment is proposed.Follow by,the construction principles of the social commerce supply chain risk assessment index system are proposed.And a comprehensive scientific index system for social commerce supply chain of six dimensions from logistics risk,capital flow risk,information flow risk,technical support risk,operational risks and environmental is proposed.Finally,for the mixed problem that the indicator system contains quantitative and qualitative indicators,the risk assessment indicators of the social commerce supply chain are classified.Based on the IT2 F generalized TODIM risk decision method proposed in Chapter 4,a hybrid social commerce supply chain risk assessment model of IT2 F generalized TODIM is constructed.Finally,based on the established risk assessment model of the social commerce supply chain,an empirical analysis of the risks of three typical social commerce supply chains,Pinduoduo,Yunji and Mogujie,is conducted.The data is collected through the financial yearbook,online big data collection and expert evaluation,and the three social commerce platforms are evaluated using the constructed social commerce supply chain risk assessment model,and the evaluation results are analyzed to propose measures and recommendations for social commerce supply chain risk management.
