Objective: Cha-Cha is one of the ten dances of sports dance. It pays great attention to the control of the neck and shoulder posture during the exercise. It may enhance the endurance of the neck muscles in the confrontation and coordination of the shoulder and neck muscles, optimize the neuromuscular control, and achieve the relief of neck pain.Effect.At present, the research on the effect of exercise intervention on alleviating neck pain mostly focuses on resistance training, cervical spine exercises and other exercise methods, and there is no research on the effect of Cha-Cha intervention. Therefore, this study aims to compare the changes in the level of neck pain and surface EMG activity of ordinary college students before and after the intervention of the 8-week Cha-Cha exercises and cervical health exercises, and explore the effects of the Cha-Cha exercises and cervical health exercises on the relief of the neck pain of ordinary college students. Methods: Recruit the subjects who meet the inclusion criteria in the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, and randomly divide them into the Cha-Cha practice group and the cervical spine exercises practice group.A total of 30 people completed the intervention experiment. The Cha-Cha practice group(15 people)practiced twice a week for 90 minutes each time;the cervical spine exercises practice group(15 people)practiced 4 days a week, twice a day, once for 20 minutes, intervention The duration is8 weeks each.By comparing the VAS score and NDI score before and after the intervention of the two groups of subjects, the changes in the MF slope value and the standardized RMS amplitude of the muscles on the left and right sides of the neck muscles(sternocleidomastoid muscle,Superior Fasciculus Trapezius and splenius capitis)To evaluate the effects of Cha-Cha dance exercises and cervical spine exercises on the level of neck pain and the state of neck muscles in ordinary college students.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of intervention, the VAS scores of the Cha-Cha practice group and the cervical spine exercises group were significantly lower than before the intervention(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(p>0.05);after the intervention The NDI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention(p<0.01),and the comparison of the NDI scores between the groups showed no significant difference(p>0.05).(2)In the weight-bearing test in the prone position of the Cha-Cha practice group, the MF slope values of the tested 6 muscles were significantly increased after the intervention(p<0.05);in the weight-bearing test in the supine position, the sternocleidomastoid on the left and right sides. The MF slope values of musculus, right trapezius upper bundle, and right splinter muscle after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention(p<0.05).The MF slope values of the 6 tested muscles in the cervical health exercise group did not show significant differences before and after the intervention(p>0.05).In the prone position weight-bearing test results after the intervention, there was no significant difference in the MF slope values of the tested muscles between the two groups(p>0.05).The supine position weight-bearing test results showed that the sternocleidomastoid processes on the left and right sides of the two groups of subjects. The results of supine load test showed that the MF slope of sternocleidomastoid muscle and head clamp muscle on both sides of the two groups was significantly different(p<0.05).(3)In the weight-bearing test in the prone position of the Cha-Cha practice group, the RMS of the upper trapezius muscles on the left and right sides and the splinter muscles on the left and right sides after the intervention were significantly lower than before the intervention(p<0.05).In the weight-bearing test in the supine position, the RMS of the sternocleidomastoid muscles and splenius capitis on the left sides after the intervention were significantly lower than before the intervention(p<0.05).The RMS value of the tested muscles of the subjects in the cervical health exercise group showed no significant difference in the comparison before and after the intervention(p>0.05).After the intervention,in the weight-bearing test in the prone position, the RMS of the upper trapezius and splinter muscles on the left and right sides of the two groups of subjects showed significant differences(p<0.05).In the weight-bearing test in the supine position, the two groups of subjects The RMS value of the tested muscles showed a significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Eight weeks of Cha-Cha exercises and cervical spine health exercises can relieve cervical spine pain and improve cervical spine dysfunction.(2)The 8-week Cha-Cha exercise can relieve neck muscle fatigue and enhance the anti-fatigue ability of the neck muscles, while the cervical spine exercise exercises have no significant effect in this regard.(3)The 8-week Cha-Cha exercise can improve the load of the deep and shallow neck muscles and optimize the activation mode of the deep and shallow neck muscles, while the cervical spine exercise exercises have no significant effect in this regard.
