| The project budget management is gradually changing from the adjustment and supervision to the advance risk prevention,from the single financial management to comprehensive economic management,in order to adapt the development trend of the budget management,implementing the core role of project budget management and the economy responsibility of the primary responsibility.The thesis introduces the current situation of geological survey project management,including projects of the development stage,distribution and development trend,organizational structure and management process,budget standard and responsibility management,performance evaluation,etc.Then,it researches the root of the budge relationship between the standard and budgeting,between the budgeting and expenditure,between implementation and schedules,which combined with the current situation of unit C.In the end,the thesis puts forward the improvement strategy that is the budget management of geological survey project.The thesis introduces the application of Activity-Based Costing in budgeting,the application of Standard Costing in budget expenditure,and the application of Earned Value Management in project budget implementation.Moreover it studies the project budget management which is significant impact on the performance system setting,entrusted business cost control and information service.Then its availability is verified by reality which would provide one solution. |
