Research On Investment Strategy Of Water And Railway Combined Transport Special Line Construction Based On Evolutionary Game

The operation of water and rail union is an advanced transportation method,which organically combines the advantages of waterway and railway transportation to provide integrated cargo transportation services.As an important prerequisite for achieving seamless connection between ports and railways,it is of great significance to solve the problem of the "last mile" between ports and railways,and to build a dedicated water-rail combined transport line.Based on this,this article takes the investment and construction of the water-rail combined transportation dedicated line as the research object,and aims to determine the investment entities who invest in the construction of the water-rail combined transportation dedicated line and the strategies for the greatest benefit of each investment entity,so as to accelerate the construction of the water-rail combined transportation dedicated line and promote my country's water and railway transportation.The rapid development of intermodal transport.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The first part is the core theory and modeling basis.First,by comparing the development status of domestic and international ports,the existing problems in the construction of my country's dedicated water and rail transport lines are explained,and the necessity of the construction of dedicated water and rail transport lines is analyzed;secondly,the existing research on stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory is reviewed.The foundation and the application in the transportation field emphasize the necessity of the game between the main players in the construction of the water-rail combined transport line;Finally,the current management mechanism of port and railway is analyzed,and the investment subjects in the construction of waterway and railway combined with stakeholder theory are defined,namely the government,port enterprises and railway enterprises;analyze the interest relationship between the government,port companies and railway companies in the investment and construction of the water-rail combined transport line,and determine the influencing factors in the investment and construction of the water-rail combined transport line.(2)The second part is the evolutionary game model of the investment and construction of the water-rail combined transport dedicated line and the verification of calculation examples.First,determine the investment strategy of the government,port companies and railway companies in the construction of the water-rail combined transport line,find the payment matrix of the government,port companies and railway companies,and obtain the dynamic equations of the government,port companies and railway companies based on the payment matrix.Copy the dynamic equation to analyze the stability of the investment strategy of the government,port enterprises and railway enterprises;secondly,use the Lyapunov indirect method to determine the evolutionary stability strategy of the system;finally use the numerical simulation to verify the evolutionary stability strategy again.(3)The third part is the numerical simulation of the investment and construction stability strategy of water and rail combined special line.Firstly,the factors affecting the stability of the evolutionary stability strategy are analyzed by numerical simulation using MATLAB.Secondly,based on the results of simulation analysis,measures to promote the government,port enterprises and railway enterprises to invest in the construction of water-to-rail combined transport special line are proposed.
