Land Use Conflict In Shenyang Based On Evolution Game Research On Relief Countermeasures

With the rapid development of society and economy,the competition between urban land use,the structural imbalance between the land use,the conflict of land use and the further development of land use are the problems to be solved in the continuable development of urban land use.Studies have been made to alleviate the countermeasures of land use conflict,but without combining the surface causes and deep causes of land use conflict.In addition,the game analysis on the conflict mitigation of stakeholders in land use conflict,and the study of land use conflict mitigation is not perfect.Based on the stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory,taking the municipal area of Shenyang as the research area,this paper analyzes the land use type space competition in the research area from 2001 to 2021,and explores the phenomenon of land use type space competition in the research area in the past 20 years.Summarize the interest subjects that have an important impact on the land use conflict and conduct the questionnaire analysis.Qualitative comparative analysis method is used to analyze the competition of land use type and the interest contradiction of interest subjects,so as to show how the interest contradiction between interest subjects related to land use affects the competition of land use type,and finally evolves into the phenomenon of land use conflict.By establishing the evolution of land use conflict interest game model to analyze the interest subject in different circumstances how to choose strategy and its benefits,explore the interests of the interest balance strategy and the relevant strategy simulation analysis,to seek and build can alleviate the conflict between the optimal path,to alleviate the phenomenon of land use conflict.The results of this paper are as follows: Firstly,in the 20 years from 2001 to 2021,the competition between the construction land in the research area and the farmland and grassland in the urban surrounding areas of the research area is relatively fierce,and there are obvious land use type space competition problems in the research area.Secondly,there is a serious conflict of interest among the land use interests in the study area.For the interests of land use conflicts in the study area,the Qualitative comparative analysis method shows that there are three main conflicts of interest of land use conflicts in the study area,among which the local government is the most critical variable affecting the conflict of interest of land use interests.Thirdly,this paper through the combination analysis of the conflict between the interests of land use area,establish the local government,industrial and commercial enterprises,the evolution of the game model,the local government strategy is the local government,industrial and commercial enterprises and the farmers can reach an agreement.Local government to farmers land expropriation compensation and resettlement and environmental governance economic compensation,the local government to industrial and commercial enterprise policy welfare and preferential,the local government for industrial and commercial enterprises environmental pollution punishment,industrial and commercial enterprises to give farmers agricultural land pollution compensation costs,industrial and commercial enterprises to give farmers agricultural land lease gold is the key factors affecting the research area land use conflict.Fourthly,the corresponding mitigation paths and countermeasures are constructed for the interest conflicts of land use in the research area.The research results have important research value for reducing the competition phenomenon of land use types in the research area,alleviating the conflict of interest between interests and the land use contradiction between urban areas and suburban areas,making the stable development of the city,and promoting the efficient and sustainable development of land use in Shenyang,and then promoting the revitalization of Northeast China.
