Research On The Game Analysis And Interest Coordination Strategy Of Compensation For Construction Land Expropriation

In recent years,with the rapid development of railway infrastructure construction in China,the demand for construction land has continued to expand.Faced with the reality of the increasingly tense human-land relations,how to effectively analyze the evolution of expropriation compensation behavior of stakeholders in railway construction land and explore targeted interest coordination strategies is worth studying.Therefore,aiming at the complex dynamic game characteristics in the process of railway construction land expropriation compensation interest coordination,this thesis,guided by evolutionary game theory and system dynamics,combines theoretical analysis and scenario simulation,to study the evolutionary game and interest coordinate strategy of the behavior of skateholders in railway construction land expropriation compensation.This thesis systematically sorts out and analyzes the current situation,existing problems and reasons of compensation for the expropriation of railway construction land.Based on evolutionary game theory,the evolution game model of the population of expropriated people and the evolution game model of the dual population of local governments and expropriated people are constructed,and the strategy selection process of game subjects in the process of railway construction land expropriation compensation interest coordination is analyzed,which finds that there are stable equilibrium points in the evolutionary game anong the expropriated groups and the evolutionary game between the local government and the expropriated groups.The size of stable equilibrium points changes with the changes of external influencing factors.Based on the theory of system dynamics,the evolution of compensation behavior for expropriation of railway construction land is analyzed.Besides,the effect of different influencing factors on the evolution of the game process of the system is analyzed and effective interest coordination strategy is proposed according to the simulation results.This thesis empirically analyzes the case of expropriation compensation of LN high-speed railway in JN County,and puts forward that the coordination process of expropriation compensation interest can be optimized by reasonably controlling the expropriation compensation,improving the problem solving and communication mechanism and formulating a scientific response mechanism.Based on evolutionary game theory and system dynamics,this thesis proposes coordination strategies for the compensation benefits of railway construction land expropriation,which has a reference and guidance role for the later railway construction land expropriation compensation work.
