Dictyosporiaceae species are widely distributed in aquatic,soil and the cultivation habitats,living environment is relatively complex,so it is an important part of biodiversity and biomass in nature and it has important economic value and ecological value.The main characteristics of Dictyosporiaceae are as follows: colonies flat,sparse,brown or black.Mycelium mostly superficial,partly immersed,composed of smooth,septate,branched,hyaline to pale brown hyphae.Conidiophores erect,solitary,straight or curved,unbranched,terete,smooth,integrated,terminal.In recent years,75 specimens of freshwater fungi in Dictyosporiaceae were collected from 38 sampling sites in Yunnan Province from 2014 to 2021.The results are as follows:1.In this study,Yunnan Province was selected as the collection location of freshwater Dictyosporiaceae,covered a wide elevation from 1293 m to 2760 m,across 6states(cities),covering five major river systems in Yunnan Province(Yangtze River system,Pearl River system,Lancang River system,Nu River system and Irrawaddy River system),it contains seven rivers(Lancang River,Nu River,Dulong River,Jinsha River,Nanpan River,Xueshan River and Huangni River),seven freshwater lakes(Haixihai,West Lake,Tipi Lake,Erhai lake,Lugu Lake,Fuxian Lake,Xingyun Lake)and Cangshan Stream.2.In this study,24 species in 6 genera of Dictyosporiaceae from Yunnan Province were described by combining morphology and molecular data,of which 3 new species(1 published),1 new record species(1 published),12 known species and 8undetermined species were identified.New species are as follows: Jalapriya aquaticum D.F.Bao,X.Fu,H.Y.Su ? Z.L.Luo,Dictyocheirospora erhaiensis*(new species not yet published),Dictyocheirospora multiappendiculata*(new species not yet published);The new record is Dictyocheirospora vinaya D' Souza,Bhat ? K.D.Hyde(new record in China).3.The most abundant species of Dictyosporiaceae were found in the Lancang River system(Schao1 = 66).4.Based on the diversity and community similarity analysis of the Dictyosporiaceae species in five major river systems in Yunnan(Lancang River,Yangtze River system,Pearl River system,Nu River system,Irrawaddy River system).The community similarity of freshwater Dictyosporiacea in the Lancang River system and the Yangtze River system was the highest(0.43).Dictyocheirospora rotunda was the dominant species in both the Lancang river system and Yangtze River system.Dictyocheirospora multiappendiculata* was the dominant species in the Pearl River system.Dictyocheirospora erhaiensis was the dominant species in the Nujiang River.Dictyocheirospora aquatica and Jalapriya toruloides were the dominant species in the Irrawaddy River system.5.A total of 24 species were isolated and identified from 75 strains of Dictyosporiaceae.Each species was described and illustrated with complete actual photo plates.Although the number of freshwater wood fungi of Dictyosporiaceae found in Yunnan is relatively large,no systematic resource survey has been carried out,and this study is the first time to study the diversity and systematics of freshwater wood fungi of the family Porphyrasporidae in Yunnan.
