With the continuous development of industrialized production,machines are becoming larger,more complex,and continuous,and the maintenance requirements of machines are becoming higher and higher.Through the oil monitoring means of the direct-reading spectrometer,the working condition of machinery and equipment can be effectively evaluated and faults predicted,and the causes,types,and parts of faults can be determined.The traditional direct-reading spectrometer is mainly used to obtain the parameters of the wavelength signal by scanning the wavelength through the stepper motor,this data acquisition method lacks timeliness and scientificity.The application of FPGA can effectively solve the problem of parallel task synchronous acquisition and process the data through the internal logic resources,reducing the traditional sense of digital computing circuit design.For the signal acquisition system of the spectrometer,two key technical indicators are the processing of weak optoelectronic signals and the simultaneous acquisition and transmission of multi-channel data.To this end,based on the analysis of the working principle of signal acquisition and combined with engineering applications,this thesis studies a multi-channel data acquisition and processing system for direct-reading spectrometers,which mainly accomplishes the following.1.Based on the characteristics of weak optoelectronic signals and the demand for system performance index,the overall system design scheme is designed with FPGA as the control core,signal conditioning module gain controllable,multi-channel data acquisition in parallel,and realization of lossless data transmission.2.The hardware circuits for each function module of the data acquisition system are designed.It mainly includes the I/V conversion circuit,the programmable gain amplifier circuit,the anti-alias low-pass filter circuit,the ADC acquisition circuit,the data storage circuit,the FPGA peripheral configuration circuit,the communication interface circuit,and the power supply circuit.3.The logic control of each module of the system by the FPGA is designed.It mainly includes a signal conditioning parameter configuration module,a data acquisition control module,a data processing module,a data storage module,a serial communication module,etc.Through the SDRAM and FIFO data buffer storage module to achieve the complete transmission of huge data,and the design of the upper computer software to achieve the PC side of the acquisition data results display.4.Complete the system hardware test and function test.The test results show that the system can collect the weak current signal output from the photomultiplier tube.
