Recently in our country, the industry has rapid development but the water pollution is particularly serious. Due to the high cost during the wastewater corresponding processing, a lot of small and medium enterprises use a variety of means to cheats emissions in order to reduce costs and improve profitability, which results in sever water pollution in local place and downstream.Although our country has gradually carried out automatic monitoring pollution sources of key wastewater enterprise, the existing automatic monitoring equipment has single monitoring indicators in common. Besides, it has weak communication ability and various communication protocols. So it has the problem of poor compatibility among various communication protocols of different companies. Therefore, there are so many kinds of automatic monitoring equipment with inconvenience operation and it is difficult to manage and use them effectively.To solve the above problem, this paper mainly studied the problems existing in the wastewater emission automatic monitoring. This paper designs and puts forward a set of data acquisition and remote information management system for waste water emission monitoring equipment, which is to deal with the shortages in the communication, automated collection level and the information management o f current monitoring equipment. This paper focuses on the research of communication compatibility among all the equipment of automatic monitoring system, which is to solve the problem of data acquisition of equipment with different communication protocols, so we can realize highly compatible, automatic and continuous wastewater field data acquisition. Meanwhile, by using the Internet technology, mobile Internet technology and so on, this subject is to develop data remote transmission and information management platform based on PC and Android intelligent mobile terminal, in order to improve the wastewater emission monitoring ability and promote water pollution governance and improve water environment.This paper was divided into seven chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, research significance, the related subject research situation at home and abroad and content of this subject. The second chapter introduces the design goal and whole architecture of the system, and this chapter studies the key technologies and difficulties. The third and fourth Chapters introduce the hardware and software design of the wastewater emission monitoring data acquisition transmission equipment respectively in detail. The fifth chapter introduces the server of remote information management system, including the database design, the design and realization of remote data communication program. The sixth chapter introduces the client that is provided for the environmental protection department, including the computer client and mobile client based on the Android platform. Finally, the seventh chapter introduces the system function test and the debugging process and running in test.The prototype designed in this paper has been running for 1200 hours, the data acquisition instrument and remote information management system can have long-term stable operation, so it can achieve the study indicators.
