The different concentration of clean Tieguanyin tea and different categories of Tieguanyin tea on regulation blood lipid of mice fed by high fat die were explored in this study,the normal group were fed with common diet and drank water,the high fat group were fed with high fat diet and drank water,the positive group were fed with high fat diet,drank water and given Simvastatin.These three groups were control group.The proportion of 1:100,1:50,1:25 tea soup with high fat diet as low,middle and high concentration groups were used in the experiments of different concentrations of clean Tieguanyin tea.Fresh leaves of Tieguanyin tea,clean Tieguanyin tea,heavy Tieguanyin tea,old Tieguanyin tea,dust of Tieguanyin tea,instant Tieguanyin tea,high caffeine instant Tieguanyin tea,all these seven different categories of Tieguanyin tea(the ratio of fresh leaves at 1:12.5,dry tea at 1:50,instant tea at 1:250)with high fat diet as a group of fresh leaves,clean,heavy,old,dust,instant,high coffee were used in the experiments of different categories Tieguanyin tea.There were 10 female ICR mouse in every group,they were recorded daily food intake every day,weighted every three days;50 days rotating the bar experiment;two months later at the end of the experiment,the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and free fatty acid(NFFA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(CREA),glucose(GlU),total protein(TP),uric acid(UA)levels were measured;cardiac,liver,spleen,lung,kidney tissue slices were observed and then the index of fat and organ were calculated.At last correlation between the content of the main biochemical components in different categories of Tieguanyin tea and the regulation of blood lipid the experimental were analyzed.The results were showed as follows:1.Effects of different concentration of clean flavor Tieguanyin on mice fed with high fat dietCompared with the normal group's mice,the bodyweight,the TC,TG,LDL-C,NFFA,UA levels,visceral fat and total fat weight and index of high fat group increased extremely significantly,the ALT,CREA,GlU levels,subcutaneous fat weight increased but had no obvious difference,kidney index decreased extremely significantly,food intake,lung index,the time in bar reduced significantly.The texture of liver becomes soft,yellow,greasy feeling,intercellular and intracellular appeared a lot of fat vacuoles.Compared with the high fat group,the GLU,UA levels of low concentration group decreased extremely significantly,the body weight decreased significantly.Compared with the high fat group,the increase of body weight,the GLU,UA levels,subcutaneous fat and total fat index of middle concentration group decreased extremely significantly,the NFFA level and the visceral fat index decreases,food intake,the time in the bar increased significantly;Compared with high fat group,the increase of body weight,TC,HDL-C,GLU,UA levels,subcutaneous fat and visceral fat and total fat index of high concentration group decreased extremely significantly,the TG,NFFA,ALT,CREA levels decreased significantly,kidney index,the time in the rod increased extremely significantly,food intake increased significantly,liver were ruddy and flexible,intracellular lipid vacuoles decreased significantly.There were hypolipidemic effects in the high concentration group.Different concentrations of clean Tieguanyin tea have different effects on mice fed by high fat diet in body weight increased too much,food utilization rate was too high;TC,TG,NFFA,ALT,CREA,GlU,UA levels increased;subcutaneous fat and visceral fat and total fat weight and index increased;lung index,kidney index decreased and liver colored yellow,elastic strain,fat vacuole number;anti fatigue ability decreased.And the effects were dose dependent.2.Effects of different categories of Tieguanyin tea on mice fed with high fat dietCompared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the NFFA level,subcutaneous fat and visceral fat and total fat index of old group decreased extremely significantly,the TC,TG,GlU,UA levels decreased significantly.The time in bar increased extremely significantly,food intake increased significantly,the color of liver improved significantly.There were hypolipidemic effects in this group.Compared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the TC,NFFA,GlU levels,total fat index of heavy group decreased extremely significantly,the TG,HDL-C,CREA,UA levels,internal fat index,kidney index decreased significantly.The time in bar increased extremely significantly,food intake increased significantly,the color of liver improved significantly.There were hypolipidemic effects in this group.Compared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the NFFA,UA levels,total fat index of clean group decreased extremely significantly,the GlU levels,subcutaneous fat and visceral fat decreased significantly.The time in bar increased extremely significantly,food intake increased significantly.Compared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the NFFA level of high caffeine group decreased extremely significantly,the TG level,total fat index decreased significantly.The time in bar increased extremely significantly,but compared with normal group,spleen index decreased significantly.Compared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the NFFA,UA levels of dust group decreased significantly,the TG level decreased significantly,the time in bar increased extremely significantly,the amount of food intake increased significantly.Compared with high fat group,the higher body weight,the TC,NFFA levels of fresh leaves group decreased extremely significantly,subcutaneous fat and total fat index decreased significantly,food intake,the time in rod increased significantly,the color of liver improved obviously.Compared with high fat group,the NFFA level of instant group decreased extremely significantly,the TG,GlU levels decreased significantly,the time in rod increased significantly.As the experiment of different concentrations of clean Tieguanyin ' tea,different categories of Tieguanyin tea had different effects on mice with high fat diet.3.Correlation analysis of main biochemical components of the different categories of Tieguanyin and hypolipidemic effectUnder the high fat diet,The EGCG content of Tieguanyin tea had significant correlation with improved food intake of mice,reduced food utilization and increased body weight,and the levels of GlU and TG,reduced subcutaneous,internal and total fat indexs and the time in bar in a total of 9 indexes.The content of ECG had significant correlation with reduced food utilization and the increased body weight,reduced GLU level,reduced subcutaneous,internal and total fat indexs in a total of 6 indexes.The content of tea had significant correlation with reduced food utilization and the increased body weight,reduced internal and total fat indexs in a total of 4 indexes.The content of total Catechins had significant correlation with reduced food utilization and the increased body weight,reduced levels of NFFA and TG in a total of 4 indexes.And the caffeine had significant correlation with increased body weight.The water extract and extend had significant correlation with the time in bar.The GC and C content had significant correlation with the decreased NFFA level.The EGC content had significant correlation with decreased UA level.
