Large pitch outer thread diameter,diameter,pitch,tooth type half angle and diameter is an important index to reflect the quality of the thread surface,the layer cutting method turning large pitch thread,affected the workpiece and the machine spindle error,tool wear and vibration and other factors,the thread surface forming process is not stable,the the processing error has diversity distribution along the axial direction,resulting in the decline of parts size precision,the frequent changes of thread surface machining errors seriously affect the working performance of the equipment and interchangeable parts,screw nuts exist at the same time the axial coordination problem of gap is too small or too large,will produce two screwed too tight or loose phenomenon the transfer of power,reliability and accuracy of displacement transfer can not be guaranteed,therefore,ensure that the thread thread component in the process of machining precision and consistency.It is very important to design the corresponding process.Studying comes from the application technology research and development program of Heilongjiang province project "high quality thread cutting technology," GC13A404 "and the National Natural Science Foundation" based on the generalized dynamic space gives high vibration cutting tool wear mechanism(51575148)".Aiming at the problem of thread field processing process in the face of the error distribution uniformity,pitch surface machining error distribution agreement for the purpose of using statistical analysis,grey system theory and the thread surface simulation method in system error,tool vibration and wear characteristics of the side face turning thread machining error:Methods according to the error of maximum and minimum values of the detection and evaluation of thread surface machining error can not reflect the distribution level and trends and other issues,through the feature extraction of thread surface points,calculate the axial positions along the thread surface characteristic parameter error,to screw tooth type half angle,pitch diameter and minimum error the value of construction of equivalent standard sequence,the error distribution along the axial direction for sequence sequence comparison,using gray correlation analysis method,error evaluation of processing thread surface after the experiment along the axial distribution of stability.Built the thread surface parameter equation and to determine the left and right screw thread surface and position vector relations of cutting edge changes,the influence by the left and right screw between the normal vector and axial distance on the theory of process factors of thread turning analysis tool and workpiece installation error installation errors have impacts on the surface of the radial thread machining error,machining error of cutting edge bias and machine tool displacement error will affect both axial and radial thread surface,for the thread surface machining error simulation analysis provides a theoretical basis.The cutter knife rod and knife head assembly,the machining experiment thread turning,feature point extraction on the surface of the workpiece after the experiment,and the thread surface fitting,found around the thread surface deviated from the theory of location.According to the conditions of the formation of large pitch thread,a thread surface simulation model,combined with the experimental data thread,the thread of the simulation and extraction method to obtain the machining error and evaluate the simulation results using the feature points with the same thread surface,single factor analysis of thread forming process.The influence of different characteristics in the process of revealing the factors the size accuracy of thread surface.Analysis of the prominent influencing factors of thread surface simulation results,with thread surface machining error distribution,stability and consistency as control target,determine the key control variables,the design process for improving the process parameters and turning screw pitch thread,process optimized to improve the consistency distribution of thread the surface machining error,and proved the feasibility of the scheme.
