Chirality is the basic attribute in life system,the life activities depend on chiral recognition.In recent years,based on the weak interaction to study the chirality nature has been widely concerned.Taking into account the actual three-dimensional domain in the life system,most of research focused on the solution phase or two-dimensional interface,to a certain extent,which limit the better understanding of chirality phenomenon nature in depth.Inspired by biological nanochannel,the material of bionic nanochannel has received more and more attention,it can provide nanoscale space structure,and its stability physical properties,controllability of shape and surface chemical structure,these features make it possible for the construction of functionalized biomimetic nanochannel,which can better simulate chirality.Based on the above theory,in this paper,designing chiral nanochannel is the main entry point,and then to explore the chiral transport and recognition behavior.This paper has the following three parts:First,selecting D/L-tryptophan as receptor,two kinds of chiral nanochannels were constructed to explore the A? transport.It was found that L-tryptophan-modified nanochannel could promote the transmission and aggregation phenomenon,the selective response of A? protein in the two nanotchannels and A? protein interacts with tryptophan enantiomers respectively show that there is a stronger interaction between L-tryptophan and A?.This work could provide reference for the mechanism of AD disease to a certain extent.Second,the induced mechanism between chiral small molecule and pillar[5]arene was introduced into nanochannel to recognize R/S-ibuprofen,founding that the chiral distinction was enhanced compared to solution phase.By calculating the binding capacity between the complex and ibuprofen,it is concluded that chiral induction enhances the interaction and increases the chiral signal,so the chiral selectivity is improved.Third,from the perspective of potassium nanochannel,Firstly,designing the asymmetric modified nanochannel to investigate preliminarily the effects of concentration difference on potassium ion nanochannel;Followed by the introduction of pillar[5]arene constituted a temperature-sensitive system,obseringe the effect of temperature.It was found that the concentration and concentration difference played a synergistic regulation...
