After hundreds of millions of years of evolution,all kinds of intelligent processes have been completed.Therefore,it is an eternal subject to learn and explore the mysteries of nature.Various channels in living organisms,such as ion channels,provide material support for their orderly development.Chiral channels on the surface of cell membranes provide a place for selective entry and exit of substances.And chirality is a fundamental feature of living organisms,and it has a huge impact on humans.For example,propranolol can be used to treat a variety of arrhythmias,but S-propranolol is about 40 times as powerful as the R-propranolol.Therefore,it is of great signifieance to study the recognition of chiral substances and lay a foundation for the separation of chiral substances.In the past,the study on ions and chiral matter recognition was mostly in liquid phase or two-dimensional interface.Then,if it was placed in three-dimensional limited space,what effect would it have?Therefore,with this question in mind,we use nanotechnology,host-guest chemistry,molecular biology and chiral chemistry to study a class of bionic intelligent nano-channels with important fundamental research value and application prospect.In this context,the paper designed bionic nano-channels based on host-guest selective identification and chiral enantiomer selective identification after chiral induction,in order to further explore their behavior.The thesis is divided into the following three parts:1)Select supramolecular pillar[5]arene hydrocarbons as the host,construct functional nanochannelsand selectively identify metal ions.It was found that amino-pillar[5]arene-functionalized nanochannels have good selectivity for lithium ion.lt provides a possibility for selective recognition of lithium ions.2)Taking R-phenethylamine as the guest and carboxylicpillar[5]arene(WP5)hydrocarbon as the host,the chiral induced nanochannel based on the host and guest system was designed,and then the selective identification of seven chiral enantiomers was studied.lt was also found that chiral induction had amplification in the nanochannel,and chiral selective recognition was also amplified,and chiral enantiomer naproxen had better selectivity.3)The part is based on the phenomenon obtained in the second part,and preliminarily studies the principle of better recognition of chiral drug naproxen.The results are related to the structure of chiral drugs naproxen and the mechanism is verified by 1HNMR?gauss simulation and so on.
