In recent years,people are increasingly looking for beautiful and comfortable fabrics.Knitting and burning fabrics are not only fashionable,light and transparent,but also soft skin-friendly,comfortable and breathable,such performance characteristics just to meet people's dress concept.The burning process of polyester / cotton interwoven knitted fabric is based on the difference of acid and alkali corrosion resistance of fiber.Acid was added in the printing paste,the cotton fiber is degraded and destroyed by acid hydrolysis oxidation;polyester fiber will not be affected,to maintain the original performance and color.On the basis of this process,companies want to cater to the market demand for high-proportion cotton fabric,hope to increase the amount of cotton in the scope of the maximum possible.Comply with the requirements of enterprises,in this paper,the process of improving the cotton content of polyester / cotton interwoven was studied.In order to help enterprises achieve product differentiation development,while filling the field of research vacancies.In this paper,firstly based on the existing burnt-out printing technology of polyester and cotton,try a variety of organizational structure and yarn type of fabric,make sample in printing and dyeing workshop room;Comparison of the effect of burnt-out printing to choose the most suitable grey cloth is cotton-circled polyester fascinated yarn.Using the gradient experiment of the single variable method,by constantly changing the ratio of cotton,determine the mechanical properties in the range of the maximum polyester cotton ratio is(cotton / polyester =67/33).After determining the grey cloth and polyester cotton ratio,set the acid burning agent?the guar gum etherification thickener?the six sodium phosphate and the water as the orthogonal factors,design the four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment,select the artificial visual observation,bursting strength,gas permeability and areal density deviation as the reference items to judge the effect of burnt-out printing.By continuously changing the range of experimental parameters,repeated experiments.The result shows that,the proper burnt-out printing technique is: 30% of acid burning agent,30% of guar gum etherification paste,6% six sodium phosphate and 25% of water.The primary and secondary relationships of the factors: acid burning agent > guar gum etherification thickener > water> the six sodium phosphate.Then according to the latest trends and market acceptance,design pattern and color matching for the spring and summer women's fabric.Select the polyester-cotton ratio of 67/33 single-sided polyester cover cotton fabric,try using the above-mentioned study of the optimization process,and repeatedly modify the flower pattern color.Get products made of burnt fabric,sent to the testing center of the enterprise for the relevant performance index,ultimately determine the success of the fabric development.Finally,according to the properties of fabric design corresponding clothing style,complete the design and series of clothing production.Not only help enterprises to do the latter part of the fabric product promotion and clothing show,but also provide ideas for the subsequent design of knitted women's clothing and burnt-out fabric used in apparel field.
