Viscose fiber with excellent hygroscopic property is a main variety of regenerated cellulose fibers and its' moisture content is in line with the human physiological requirements.However,viscose fibers which derived from organic cellulose are easily to become carriers of bacteria,fungi and other microbial.The antibacterial finishing of the viscose fiber is very necessary.Investigation shows that nano-gold has good antibacterial properties,system stability and biocompatibility,and has broad application prospects in biomedical and material science.In this study,aldehydric cyclodextrin was used as the reducing and stabilizing agent to prepare nano-gold solution by one-step synthesis method.The effects of the concentration of aldylation cyclodextrin,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the preparation efficiency were discussed,and we characterized the properties of nano-gold.Gold-loaded viscose fibers were prepared by the impregnation and adsorption method.The adsorption process and adsorption mechanism of the viscose fiber on the gold nanoparticles were discussed.Finally,gold-loaded viscose fiber's related physical and chemical properties and antibacterial properties were tested.The main results are as follows:1.At 100?,the same volume aldehyde cyclodextrin with a concentration of 3.0g/L and 2.0g/L chloroauric acid reacted for 10 min,and the obtained red wine nano-gold solution had a 10 nm particle size with good resistance to high/low temperature performance and chemical stability.The nano-gold solution showed a significant anti-bacterial effect for E.coli and S.aureus and the minimum inhibitory concentration is 26mg/L.2.Viscose fibers exhibited strong adsorption capacity for gold nanoparticles.When the concentration of nano-gold solution was 70mg/L,the immersion temperature was at 90?,and the dipping ratio was 1:50,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of viscose fiber to gold nano-particles was 2785mg/kg.The mechanism of adsorption is electrostatic adsorption and hydrogen bonding.3.The presence of nano-gold particles has little effect on the thermal degradation performance,hygroscopicity and mechanical properties of the viscose fiber.When the gold content was 1500mg/kg,the inhibitory rate of gold viscose fiber to E.coli and S.aureus was more than 90%,showing excellent antibacterial effect.
