With the development of the society and the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for clothing have changed from the basic warming to beautiy and fashion,and then to healthy.Every year from early summer to autumn,people will be bitten by mosquito.It not only brings pain and discomfort,but also spreads a variety of diseases,which are directly related to human health.Therefore,it has certain social significance and economic price to develop the textile with anti-mosquito repellent effect.This subject is aimed at cotton fabric,we use anophelifuge with good effect of mosquito repellent,and seek softeners which can adapt to it,then combine them,to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the practicability and versatility of mosquito repellent fabric.In this study,the preparation of soft anti-mosquito compound is the key to develop soft anti-mosquito cotton fabric.The anti-mosquito agent used in this experiment is AM,and the effective ingredient is permethrin,which has good and stable anti-mosquito effect.According to the nature of AM,we seek softeners in type of Anions,cations and nonionic,Combine the softeners and 3# softeners by the ratio of 1:1 and screened out according to the proportions of AM and 4# according to the appearance phenomenon of discoloration,turbidity,bleaching oil and precipitation.Further study on the best proportion of softener and AM 4 # softening agent,3 # softening agent and AM mixture respectively on 1,3,6 on the distribution of fluid,through the stability test for further screening.View the distribution of liquid at 20 ? and 40 ?,60 ? and 80 ?,100 ? under whether any discoloration,floating oil phenomenon,found that with the increase of softening agent content in the mixed liquid,solution easily with the temperature rise floating oil phenomenon;Will adjust the mixed liquid to weak acid,neutral and weak alkaline environment,found that the ratio of three kinds of the two kinds of compound with liquid are in weak acid and neutral conditions exist,it is concluded that the 3 # softening agent with better effect: AM0:3,1:6),4 # softening agent: AM0:3,1:6)to test the particle size distribution of liquid,and ultimately choose the stable particle size distribution in 200 nm anti-mosquito softener 4 # softening agent: AM0:3)for subsequent tests.The fabric used in this project is knitted plain cotton,and the compound is mixed by 4# soft and AM(1:3).During the course of Fabric finishing,the proofing process affect the combination of additives and fabric,this topic researched the influence of 150%,100% and 75% three kinds of rolling rate on the combination effect of auxiliaries and fabrics,and found that the content of permethrin in the fabric obtained by the 100% rolling rate was the highest,when the amount of the same additives was used.,up to 307,69 mg/m2.Under 100% rolling rate,this topic studied the effects of 2%,4% and 6% three kinds of AM on the binding effect of auxiliaries and fabrics,found that the increase of dosage of AM permethrin on fabric content is also showing a rising trend,but when AM in the distribution of liquid on the fabric weight was 4%,the content of permethrin increase the sharpest,and water resistance improved significantly,After 10 times of water washing,the washing rate of water can reach 93%,water washable rate could reach 75% after 30 times.It is concluded that the best proofing method is to get AM with 4% face weight at 100% rolling rate.Test the performance of soft and anti-mosquito of the new fabric,compared with original cloth and two step proofing fabric in characteristics of mosquito repellency,drapability and stiffness,we found that the mosquito repellency and wash ability of the soft mosquito repellent cotton fabric have been significantly improved,and a certain softness effect has been ensured.
