With the improvement of people's quality of life,the requirements for the flame retardancy of the fabric are becoming higher and higher.As the curtain is a suspended fabric,the burning speed of which is very fast.If the curtain is nonflammble,fire can be controlled to a minimum level.So the flame-retardant fabric with both decoration and sun-shading has become a new object for our research.At present,the market of functional fabrics are formed by adding additives,which results that the performance of the fabric itself is affected,so how to realize the superposition of fabric function and how to avoid or weaken the effects on fabric performance,is a new topic which we want to study.A flame retardant curtain fabric which has the property of decoration and sun-shading is studied in this paper.The following research work is finished in this paper:(1)according to the aim of flame retardant and shading function,we designed three types of fabric which is class A,class B and class C,a total of 12 kinds of fabric material combinations;make sure optimum desizing craft:the concentration of MT-7100 is 1.5g/L,temperature is 85?,p H is 10,time is 50min.(2)after analyzing the DSC curves of three kinds of hot-melt rubber powder TPU,PES and PO,it is concluded that the melting point of TPU is about125 degrees,the melting point of PES is about 110 degrees,and the melting point of EVA is about 80 degrees.Taking into account the curtain fabric using environment and the adhesive characteristics that TPU is suitable for adhesive as laminated curtain fabric;(3)by the combined method of single factor and orthogonal experiment is that composite technology of curtain fabric for the best:155 degrees Celsius temperature,pressure of2.0N/cm-2,80s,the amount of fabric material glue and for 18g/m2.And draw the glue point distance is 2mm,the dot diameter of 572-590?m is the best sizing process;(4)using MT-R0 flame retardant and FR-220 flame retardant respectively on the fabric flame retardant finishing,using orthogonal experiment and single factor analytical method of MT-R0 flame retardant treatment process is:the optimal baking temperature of 195 DEG C,flame retardant the concentration of 220g/L-1,rolling over rate 75%,curing time of 3min;FR-220 flame retardant treatment process is:the optimal baking temperature of 190 DEG C,the concentration of flame retardant 150g/L,rolling over rate 75%,curing time of 2min.The flame retardant fabric washing and test analysis of properties of MT-R0 flame retardant good friction resistance;(5)were tested by tensile test,12 kinds of laminated composite curtain fabric tearing,drape,shading performance,finally draw a fabric fabric3#comprehensive performance is the best.There were 42 figures,29 tables,73 references in this paper.
