The curtains and window screening are the important elements in home interior design. The curtains and window screening can organize interior space, strengthen the interior space style characteristics, foil interior environment atmosphere, create space function and art taste, adjust indoor environment colour, reflect the life taste of inhabitant, and so on. They revered in the home textiles market. Long before the designer pay more attention on style designing,pattern,color, and form a complete set of decorations to reflect personal tastes, now they focus on developing environmental protection, healthy and functional textiles. Ordinary curtain has traditional shading and adornment function, it is easy to cause fire, and unable to resist the strong ultraviolet radiation in summer. This topic use functional fiber and traditional textile technology to develop flame retardant and ultraviolet resistant composite function of high-quality curtain fabrics. This is a good way to innovate technological on the single functional fabric. The products will meet the demand of multi-functional home textile fabric market.1 、 Considering the characteristics about a various kinds of functional fibers, this topic chose the flame retardant polyester fiber, flame retardant acrylic fiber, honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester fiber as the raw materials. The topic used scanning electron microscope to observe the surface morphology about three functional fibers, and tested the related properties like physical and mechanical, thermal performance. The results show that, LOI of flame retardant polyester fiber is 30%~34%, LOI of flame retardant acrylic fiber is 30%~33%, both of them are flame retardant fibers. Considering the characteristics about the three functional fibers, the topic used these functional fibers to spinning and weaving. Then testing on the functional yarns and functional fabrics about the flame retardant, ultraviolet resistance and other related experiment. After analyzing the function mixed technology and weaving parameters how to influence the performance on the functional fabric, the topic work out the weaving processing parameters. The results show that, weaving process is able to make a composite functional fabric, this method was more simple than other technology, choosing weaving processas the way for follow-up sample. The structure of fabric used five satin has the best flame retardant performance, and better ultraviolet resistant performance. It will be used as fabric structure for follow-up sample.2、Based on the same weaving process parameters, in order to analyze and study the fiber material and the weft yarns which have different insertion rations to influence the fabric performance, the topic make two series of fabrics named B and C, then do flame retardant and ultraviolet resistance research on the fabrics. The results show that,(1)weft yarns used flame retardant polyester and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester in weaving. The content of flame retardant polyester fiber in fabric is between62.34% ~ 68.62%, fabrics are up to flame retardant decorative fabrics B2 standard.The content of flame retardant polyester fiber in fabric is higher than 76.46%, fabrics are up to flame retardant decorative fabrics B1 standard. When the ratio of flame retardant polyester and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant is 3:1, the fabric has the best flame retardant performance. Because of the thermal performance of modified polyester fibers, B has a possibility to produce melt dripping, it can make human body skin burns.(2)Weft yarns used flame retardant acrylic fiber and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant in weaving, all the fabrics are up to flame retardant decorative fabrics B1 standard, with no melt dripping. When the ratio of flame-retardant acrylic and honeycomb cellular anti-ultraviolet polyester is 1:1, the fabric has the best flame retardant performance.(3)The sample of B, T(UVA)> 5%, UPF>40. The fabrics can not meet the ultraviolet resistance fabrics standard.The sample of C, T(UVA)<5%, UPF>40. The fabrics meet the ultraviolet resistance fabrics standard. Through data fitting, when the ratio of flame-retardant acrylic and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistance polyester is 1:4, the fabric has the best ultraviolet resistance performance.3、Based on research results and combined with market demand, the warp yarns use flame retardant polyester filament, warp and weft yarns density is 80 /cm × 40 / cm, the structure of fabric used Five satin. The ratio of flame-retardant acrylic and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistance polyester is 1:1, this fabric can be used to decorate in the cinema, school, and so on.Those buildings have higher flame retardant demanding. The ratio of flame-retardant acrylic andhoneycomb cellular ultraviolet resistance polyester is 1:4, this fabric can be used to decorate in big balcony, big French window, in the large glass building, and so on. Those have higher ultraviolet resistance demanding.4、Combined with Jacquard weaving process with 2018 home textiles market trend, four theme designs had been made. These fabrics gathered flame retardant and ultraviolet resistant composite function with decorative performance will have a wide prospect in home textile market.
