Cold deformation die is a very important tool.It has a pivotal position in the field of automobile manufacturing,aerospace,and large-scale machinery manufacturing.Cold deformation die consists of drawing die,blanking die,cold forging die,bending die.By different product process,we would make the ordinary plate to be all kinds of shapes that we need and meet the performance we required.In this paper,the stamping process of shell parts of automobile exhaust system and the simulation of process are studied.First,Analysised the use of the parts,the material and the special structure of the parts,I combined of two valve parts into a whole forming surface based on previous design experience.Second,Based on mold of process and trimming line decomposed every step,I would get the digital mould data of every step.Finally,I analyzed and optimized the forming tool surface and the most difficult molding tool by Autoform.I used the result of Autoform provided to further optimize.I took full account of the special characteristics of the processing of materials,the structure of the mold and the processing of the mold during the process of design.I added the inlaying structure in order to prolong the service life of the die and improve the economy of mold as soon as possible.In conclusion,This thesis result will help to analyze the design of these similar stamping parts and It also has the guiding significance for the stamping parts that need to be sewed.
