The folded cross-laying web is a thick-layered web that composed of several layers of thin fiber with different folding angle from the carding machine,during the folding process design of the arrangement direction of the fibers in the fiber web play a important role to the final mechanical properties.The semi-crossed spunlace production line includes paving machine with the thin web output of the rear carding machine.At this time,the fibers in the folded web of the paving machine are arranged along the horizontal direction.The fibers in the web output are arranged in the longitudinal direction to achieve uniformity in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the final product.The structural design and movement mode of the paving machine have a great influence on the quality of the paving.If the design is unreasonable,the structure of the web is disordered and the surface morphology is irregular,leading to poor performance properties of high-quality non-woven materials.This project is based on a semi-cross-spurted production line of a spunlace production enterprise in Zhejiang.Firstly,the process configuration and general work of the production line are systematically sorted out,and then the newly introduced HLSC 30/40 type hump-type cross-laying in the production line is carried out.The structure design and motion principle of the network machine were further studied.The main structural areas of the netting machine and the component configurations in each area were analyzed,and the function principle of each configuration was explored.At the same time,the kinematics analysis of the laying method was carried out.The similarities and differences between this type of exercise and other modes of acceleration and deceleration.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional paving machine structure design and production,this paper discusses the structural differences between this type of machine design and other models,and then summarizes the excellent structural features of different paving machines.Finally,the performance of the semi-cross/straight product with different gram weight and fiber ratio was tested,and the influence of different production processes on the performance of the final product was discussed.Through different performance test analysis of semi-crossed spunlace products and straight-spun spunlace products,the results show that:(1)The semi-crossed spunlace production line involved in this subject is suitable for preparing a fiber web of 45-120 g/m~2 gram weight.The conventional straight-laid spunlace production line is suitable for preparing a fiber web of 15-50 g/m~2 gram weight.(2)The MD/CD value of the semi-crossed spunlace products involved in this subject is smaller than the MD/CD value of the conventional straight-laid spunlace products,and the difference is about 1 to 1.5,wherein the average weight per gram is 66.2 g/m~2.Cross-100%viscose spunlace products have a MD/CD value of up to 2.68,and a half-cross 70%viscose/30%polyester spunlace with a mean weight of 101.7 g/m~2 has a MD/CD value of at least 1.37,but different weights.The MD/CD values of the final products are all greater than 1,indicating that the longitudinal strength of the web is still greater than the lateral strength,but the vertical and horizontal strength ratio is significantly reduced compared to the straight paved hydroentangled product.(3)For semi-crossed spunlace products,the ratio of fiber raw materials is the same,but when the weight of the fiber mesh is different,the MD/CD value is slightly different,and the MD/CD value of the fiber with a high weight is generally smaller;The weight is the same,but when the fiber ratio is different,the vertical and horizontal strengths are different.Generally,the longitudinal and transverse strength of the fiber web decreases with the increase of the glue ratio,but the MD/CD value difference of the final product changes little.(4)For semi-crossed spunlace products and straight-spun spunlace products with the same weight and weight ratio,the longitudinal strength variation of the fiber web is small,and the lateral strength is obviously improved.
