Spunlace nonwoven is widely used in medical and health care, wiping, clothing and other fields with good strength and permeability, which appearance is very close to traditional textile goods and does not contain any chemical adhesives. Spunlace nonwoven industry in China starts late, but it grows most rapidly in all the nonwoven process. In recent years, the market demand for spunlace nonwoven surges. But at the same time, the domestic spunlace production line feeding rate is too high and the spunlace enterprises are still facing with the problem of excess production capacity. The yield of production line is in relation to the profit margin, even determines the survival of spunlace enterprises. How to learn and increase production becomes the hot topic for spunlace enterprises. The research of influencing factors on the yield of spunlace nonwoven production line has important and practical significance to ensure product quality and boost production.This subject chooses a domestic cross spunlace production line in Zhejiang Province as the research object. This paper firstly makes a detailed description of the production line’s configuration, and concludes that the maximum production capacity of this production line is800kg/h, the maximum line speed is about60m/min. And this production line can produce40-100g/m2plain, dot spunlace nonwoven,40-60g/m2mesh spunlace nonwoven. This paper also draws the conclusion that the main factors influencing production line’s yield is the speed and width of production line with the author’s practical production experience. And the production line speed is closely related to carding, spunlaced, drying equipment and process.Due to the limitation of actual production conditions, this paper chooses50g/m2plain spunlace nonwoven with viscose/polyester ratio of30/70as object in order to improve the water jet process and study on the changes of production yield and quality. And also chooses40g/m2,60g/m2spunlace nonwoven as object to study on the ratio of raw materials and product style’s impact on the yield. Based on lots of experiments and analysis, this paper arrives at some conclusions:The key to promote the production line’s yield is to raise the speed as much as possible. And the production line speed is mainly related with the carding, water pressure and drying capacity. By properly increasing the water pressure, the production line speed and yield can be boosted. With the increasing of viscose proportion, the production line’s speed and yield increase first and then decrease, but the product’s strength keeps reducing. When the gram weight is less than60g/m2, product style has little impact on the production speed and yield, but the difference of mechanical properties is obvious. When the gram weight is60g/m2or more, the yield of plain spunlace nonwoven is more than the others.
