Spunlace reinforcement process is a unique nonwoven technology which has a short history, but it has a quick development recently. Under the background of the transformation and upgrading, the nonwoven industry has a steady development with a high technical barrier. Recently fundamental research of spunlace reinforcement process is relatively poor. And it limits the improvement of the process and development of new products. Nowadays net curtain as an important component affecting entanglement of fibers in the spunlace reinforcement process, and more and more different net curtains have been used in the process. In this situation the paper introduces a method which can make the motion trail of the fibers visualization, and it analyzes the relationship between the parameters of the porous material and entanglement of fibers. Moreover it provides a theoretical basis for the selection of net curtain and development of high value-added spunlace nonwoven products.In order to find out the influence of porous materials on the motion trail of fibers and the property of spunlace nonwoven, this paper bases on a large number of literatures review, self-made samples and experiment analysis including five aspect: firstly, making samples for observing motion trail of fibers, and the samples must meet three conditions as follow,1、 the motion trail of fiber must retain in the sample,2、 Tracer fibers must be observed clearly in the samples,3、 Fibers can not produce the relative displacement in sample preparation process. Secondly, analyzing the relationship between the parameters of the porous material and entanglement of fibers. Thirdly, analyzing the relationship between the parameters of the porous material and property of spunlace nonwoven.It can be found as follow by observing the top views of samples:1、 Greater rigidity of the porous material, more intense reflection water injections. Therefore, the effect of fiber entanglement interspersed with more obvious.2、 for porous materials with different mesh, Small mesh porous materials reflect more water jet. Large mesh porous materials reflect less water.3, water jets rebounded by flat filament are mostly positive reflection. And the reflection by flat filament is stronger than that by column filament.It can be found by observing dyed fibers tracer in the samples that:1、 Fibers interspersed along the thickness direction entangle mainly by the direct water jet.2、 The number of Ring-like structure of the fiber reduce slowly along the thickness direction.3、 the entanglement structure of fibers in the MD direction are mostly cohesive entanglement. And the entanglement structure of fibers in the CD direction are mostly U-valley entanglement.After the property of nonwoven materials which are made through different porous materials has been tested, it has been found that the porosity of the porous materials has an effect on the thickness and air permeability of the web. After the tensile properties of the nonwoven materials have been tested, it has been found that:The number of fiber along the MD direction is more than that along the CD direction. And straight degree of fiber along the MD direction is better than that along the CD direction.
