Research On The Method Optimization To Establishment Of Offset Color Matching Database

How to achieve accurate and efficient color matching has always been a challenge,in the field of printing.For color matching,the algorithm of forward and backward prediction model is the core of accura te color matching.The color matching basic database established around the core of the algorithm is the basis of accura te color matching.The establishment of color matching database is a tedious and important prerequisite for computer color matching.However,there are some problems in the process of color matching database building: there is no scientific method to guide the preparation of base ink samples,so the accuracy of samples cannot be guaranteed,the quantity of base ink samples are huge and the efficiency is low,the spectral measurement conditions of samples and formula color are not standard,that cannot ensure the accuracy of measurement,and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems in the establishment of color matching database for accurate and efficient color matching.This study take the offset printing density standard as the matching target,the multifactor experimental design is carried out for the proofing parameters which affect the printing density,the sample prepared method of establishing the color matching database is explored.The validity of the method model is verified by the analysis of the color code density of printed sheets,and the combination of the optimal proofing parameters which matching with offset density is obtained.Secondly,the relationship between the ratio of base ink concentration and its optical properties and the theoretical values of model parameters is studied,the design method of basic ink tint ladder is established,to reduce the quantity of the specimens required to determine the model parameters,under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the forward spectral prediction model.Finally,the influence of the color measurement backing conditions on the accuracy of the color matching database and its influence on the accuracy of color matching are explored,so as to standardize the selection of the backing conditions during color matching.The color matching basic database construction method built in this study can provide scientific method guidance and technical support for printing enterprises to achieve accurate and efficient computer color matching.
