As an important part of informatization and intelligentialization in textile processing,Computer Color Matching(CCM)is receiving an increasing attention.However,in the process of practical application of CCM,initial recipe prediction is not accurate,and its effect is also not satisfactory even after few times correction.The problems are not only caused by the inconsistent between the color matching theory and the actual situation in fabric dying,but also caused by the errors or problems occurred in the process such as dying,measurement,matching and so on.Therefore,basing on the problems in CCM,this thesis studies the calculation of tristimulus values,the selection of color difference formula,the experimental error,the establishment and rationality test of basic database,and color matching and its effect evaluation.Tristimulus values are worked as basic parameters,their accuracy varies with instrument,measurement and calculation methods.This thesis analysis 14 improved methods for measurement intervals and bandpass,and 3 extrapolation methods for measurement ranges,the results show the Table LWL algorithm and its extrapolation methods significantly improve the calculation accuracy.For color chips in the color books uniformly arranged and consistent with the visual perception of the human eyes,this thesis calculates the color difference of adjacent color chips,it is found that CAM16-UCS performs best in a whole.CCM requires high precision of sample,this thesis uses a specific color difference value to represent the error,which can help determine whether the error meets the CCM's requirements.Establish a suitable basic database is the basis for the successful use of CCM.Besides the traditional accuracy analysis,the color gamut analysis is added,further help to establish a precise and full spectrum with wide gamut database and improve the primary color matching success rate.Choose an appropriate method to accurately evaluate the effect of different color matching programs,thereby helping to improve the program.In summary,the errors are inevitably.This thesis starts from the problems happened in CCM,every solved problem has an active influence on other problems and enhance the whole accuracy of the CCM,and they are effective to improve the accuracy of CCM.
