A Study On The Trace Of Tool Design Concept Elaborated In Kaogongji,zirenyizhi And Tiangongkaiwu

There is no theoretical system is like "rootless wood".With the development of human history,tools have continued to this day.The precious design concepts contained in them can be analyzed from the unearthed cultural relics and historical relics,and most of them are embodied in the ancient technological documents.Influenced by the ancient traditional cultural thought of "valuing the road and valuing the utensils",there are few documents in ancient Chinese literature that specifically record the tool making process.However,looking up the existing historical development route of ancient technological documents,there are three technological documents,Kaogongji,Zirenyizhi and Tiangongkaiwu,play an important role in the development of ancient Chinese technology.As a Chinese heritage,Kaogongji plays an important role in the development of ancient Chinese technology,and the earliest handcraft and technology monograph is also a craft document integrating the design concept of the pre-Qin period,which sets up a practical bridge between theory and technology for Zirenyizhi.Zirenyizhi describes in detail the structural construction and technology of woodworking machines and tools in the early Yuan Dynasty,which is a precious historical material for the design of machines and tools in ancient China.Tiangongkaiwu is a collection of calendars in the late Ming Dynasty.The great achievement of the concept of historical design is the works with strong characteristics of the times.A large number of rules of handicraft production technologies and tools were made and regulations are preserved in the three ancient technological documents,all of which play an important role in the construction,formation and development of tool design concept in China.Today's society continues to advocate innovation in design.Only by understanding our own country's excellent traditional culture,following a series of rigorous and systematic design value orientation,and making the design have roots to be found,can we continue to explore the issues of design innovation.From the perspective of design,this paper takes the tool design chapters recorded in the three important ancient technological documents of Kaogongji,Zirenyizhi andTiangongkaiwu as the research object,and takes the historical time of pre Qin,early Yuan and late Ming as the research main line.Combined with literature review,archaeological data and field investigation,using the research methods of induction,comparison and summary,this paper analyzes the recorded tool production technology and design concept,sums up the characteristics of the development of tool design concept in the three process documents,and discusses the internal logic of its evolution track and social environment,material development,process demand and other subjective and objective factors.This paper summarizes the development regularity and traditional value orientation of tool design concept.First of all,this paper analyzes the prosperity and changes of the concept of tool design in three important historical periods and different social backgrounds of ancient China,combing the development of the times,so that the concept of tool design has a clearer understanding and embodiment.Secondly,it explores the regularity and evolution of tool design concept in the development process.Finally,this paper analysis of traditional tool design concept value application methods through the market and user research.To explore the effective way of the development of traditional culture in today's society by design practice,hoping to inspire the low cultural connotation of modern design,and provide useful reference for designers.
