The study of the polyunsaturated fatty acid compound oil from safflower seed flax seed is a scientific combination of linoleic acid and linolenic acid containing linolenic acid contained in safflower seed oil(LA and ALA compound oil).In the previous study,it was clear that the polyunsaturated fatty acid compound oil of safflower seed flax seed has a good function of lowering blood lipid.The absorption characteristics of gastrointestinal tract were studied on the basis of energy.In order to shorten the preparation time of linseed oil extract,high speed shear saponification and cryopreservation preparation technology were developed.In order to find a quick preparation method for the multi unsaturated fatty acid compound oil of flax seed flax seed,based on the relationship between the iodine value and the composition of fatty acid,the idea was put forward,and the combination of the iodine value and the series fatty acid group by combining the iodine value with the mathematical original theory.In order to identify the absorption characteristics of the polyunsaturated fatty acid compound oil of flax seed flax seed,the best absorption location,time and concentration of the GI tract were studied based on the methods of ectropion sausage,and the calculation and analysis of the absorption rate and absorption rate parameters were obtained.The mechanism of the transport of the gastrointestinal tract.The results are as follows:(1)First,linseed oil is used as the raw material,based on the preparation process of linseed oil from the first saponification and purification process of the project group,a new process for the preparation of flax seed oil extract with high speed shear saponification and freezing separation is developed.The optimized preparation process of flax seed extract is 95%linseed oil and 5%water.After adding 4%of twelve alkyl benzene sulfonate in the mixing system,after the water bath was dissolved,1000rmp was cut into 1min at high speed,and a proper amount of sodium hydroxide was added(according to the 1.5 times the saponification value of linseed oil),and 3min was saponified with the same condition at high speed.After saponification,the oil layer was taken in 30%sulfuric acid solution,and the salt water,tap water and distilled water were washed to neutral step by step.After freezing for 24 hours at-10?,the liquid oil was removed and separated from the upper layer of liquid oil and abandoned to the lower solid.After so repeated three times,the extract of the flax seed was obtained.(2)In the process of developing a new process for the preparation of linseed oil from linseed oil by high speed shear saponification and cryopreservation,the theoretical iodine value and measurement of the total amount of polyunsaturated fat contained in the extract of linseed oil and linseed oil from raw linseed oil and linseed oil were compared with the total amount of polyunsaturated fat contained in the extract of linseed oil and flax seed oil.The change of the iodine value is positively related to the content of unsaturated fatty acids in the oil or extract,and the monotonicity of the change trend is consistent.Therefore,"the measured iodine value of the edible oil or the extract is used as the basis for measuring the content of the determined unsaturated fatty acids in the oils or extracts."The principle "principle" and"compound function continuity theorem" formulated" safflower seed oil proportion-compound oil iodine value compound mark"(Y=38.143X+180.24,R=0.9854)and the LA/ALA value of compound oil-iodine value to the numerical compound mark(Y=0.0215X+2.1883,r=0.9733),which proved the presumptions.(3)The best absorption site of the safflower seed linseed polyunsaturated fatty acid compound oil was found to be the duodenal segment,the best absorption time was 120min,the best dosage was 1.026 mg/mL,and the human body of the equivalent of 60 Kg was given/d of the 4.89 g/people;and the polyunsaturated fat of flax seed was analyzed and the polyunsaturated fat was determined.The gastrointestinal absorption characteristics of fatty acid complex oil are:selective absorption of the duodenal segment with a unidirectional absorption and transport mechanism with a concentration dependent free diffusion model.
