The resin binder is used as a high strength resin binder,and a plurality of fine abrasive particles are bonded together by a certain granulation process to form a combined type with a certain particle shape.Compared with common abrasive,the abrasive has a unique self sharpening property.Compared with the traditional single layer abrasive belt products,the abrasive abrasive belt has the advantages of long service life,good chip removal,good heat dissipation and uniform grinding effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the resin bonded abrasive and abrasive belt products.In this paper,the agglomeration method,granulation process and agglomeration granulation process of resin accumulation abrasives were discussed.Resin deposits were prepared with modified phenolic resin as binder,different particle size silicon carbide and diamond abrasive as raw materials.Particle size and use of different choice Polyester cloth and polyester film as the matrix prepared by the accumulation of abrasive abrasive samples,the main research content and conclusions are as follows:1.Accumulation of abrasive preparation process:the best viscosity of resin solution is 3200mPa/s;to 8000r/min,5000r/min and 2500r/min granulator speed range for granulation;accumulation of abrasive finished particle size and resin solution is proportional to(About 80#);when the added amount is 26%of the total mass,the finished particle size is 3900um(about 5#)when the total mass is 8%.2.The results show that the larger the particle size of the abrasive particles is,the greater the static strength of the single particles and the greater the toughness of the ball mill.The static strength and the ball wear toughness of the diamond accumulating abrasive are generally higher than those of the silicon carbide accumulation abrasive.Particle size raw material accumulation abrasive single particles static pressure strength and ball wear toughness should be higher than the accumulation of fine powder raw material abrasive.When the accumulation of abrasive is 80#,the static strength of single particles is about 0.2kg,and the toughness of ball milling is about 40%.When the accumulation of abrasive reaches 5#,the strength will increase,and the static pressure of single particles will be about 16kg.Toughness in about 80%,the gap is obvious.3.The results show that the maximum tensile strength and bursting strength of the abrasive cloth can reach 2.02KN and 68.93Mpa,Strength can reach 1.01KN,40.08Mpa;polyester cloth cloth emery cloth maximum elongation reduced to 8.4%,polyester film base cloth maximum elongation increased to 14.67%.4.The abrasive's life,abrasive efficiency and workpiece processing effect of the abrasive abrasive cloth were found to be better than that of single layer abrasive abrasive.The grinding performance of diamond abrasive abrasive was better than that of abrasive cloth.In the silicon carbide accumulation of abrasive;observed by SEM found that the accumulation of abrasive abrasive wear layer by layer,and single-layer abrasive abrasive for a one-time wear.
