Abrasive belt is widely used in modern industry because of its low grinding temperature and good grinding quality.Abrasive belt has the functions of grinding,grinding and polishing at the same time,so it enjoys the reputation of"universal grinding".With the development of modern industry,the common abrasive belt grinding and polishing process often shows some shortcomings,such as low grinding efficiency,short service life,poor dimensional stability and so on,which can not meet the needs of industrial robot grinding.In order to solve the problems of low grinding efficiency,short service life and unstable machining size of ordinary abrasive belt in the process of grinding and polishing,this paper focuses on the preparation of diamond abrasive belt to replace the ordinary abrasive belt in the application of industrial robot grinding.Diamond has high hardness,high wear resistance,long service life,high grinding precision and even cutting.It can be widely used in dry grinding,water grinding and other precision machining.The properties of heat-resistant phenolic resin bond for dry grinding and water-resistant PU/EP IPN resin bond for water grinding were studied.Through the performance test of heat-resistant phenolic resin,when the proportion of catalytic curing agent is 2.4wt%,the impact strength of the resin is 9.96 k J/m~2,the bending strength is 106.8 MPa,and the thermal decomposition temperature is 303?.The mechanical properties of PU/EP IPN resin binder used for water-resistant sand belt were tested.The optimum ratio of epoxy resin to polyurethane was 5:5,the ratio of crosslinking curing agent was 25wt%,the tensile strength was 41.76 MPa,and the elongation at break was 46.63%.The thermal stability of PU/EP IPN is 75?and 34?higher than that of pure Pu and EP,respectively.In order to improve the service life of the resin,polyurethane was partially terminated.The mechanical properties were the best when the closure rate was 20%.The tensile strength was 51.72 MPa,which was 23.85%higher than that of the unsealed resin.The elongation at break was 51.27%,which was 9.95%higher than that of the unsealed resin.The service life of PU/EP IPN resin can be greatly improved by the end sealing treatment of polyurethane.The service life of IPN resin after sealing can reach more than two hours,which can meet the requirements of industrial continuous production We designed the micro replication structure of diamond abrasive belt and explored the preparation technology of micro replication structure,and explored the size of micro unit of micro replication structure corresponding to different particle size.The abrasive grain size of abrasive belt is 400#-800#,the height of micro structure is 350?m,the spacing of micro unit structure is 80?m,and the length of micro unit is 80?m.The abrasive grain size of polishing belt is 1200#,the height of micro structure is 35?m,the spacing of micro unit structure is 7?m,and the length of micro unit is 170?m.The results show that the abrasive grain size of polishing belt is 3000#,the height of micro structure is 7?m,the spacing of micro unit structure is 5?m,the length of micro unit is 275?m,and the width is 65?m.The effects of the properties of heat-resistant phenolic resin,PU/EP IPN and heat curing technology on the microstructure and properties of diamond abrasive belt were studied.Scanning electron microscope,white light interferometer and ultra depth of field microscope were used to analyze the relationship between the micro replication structure and the structure and performance of diamond abrasive belt.The influence of the structure of abrasive belt on the grinding performance was explored.The optimal ratio of abrasive belt and the grinding parameters on universal tool grinder were obtained.The grinding force of 500#abrasive belt was 70 N,the rotation speed was 2500 r/min,and the diamond content was 30%.By comparing the grinding experiment of universal tool grinder with that of ordinary abrasive belt,the grinding characteristics of dry abrasive belt with micro duplication structure are obtained.Due to the multi-layer abrasive structure,the abrasive wear of micro replication abrasive belt is mainly flat and blunt,and the abrasive wear is mainly stable grinding,so the grinding efficiency and service life are relatively high.Through self-designed micro replication structure of diamond abrasive belt and explored the preparation technology of micro replication structure,explored the size of micro unit of micro replication structure corresponding to different particle size.The abrasive grain size of rough polishing and semi fine polishing belt is 400#,500#,800#,the groove size is 80×80×350?m,and the spacing is 80?m.The abrasive grain size of fine polishing belt is 1200#,the groove size is 170×170×35?m,and the spacing is 7?m.The abrasive grain size of polishing belt is 3000#,the groove size is 275×65×7?m,and the spacing is 5?m.The effects of the properties of heat-resistant phenolic resin,water-resistant PU/EP IPN and heat curing technology on the microstructure and properties of diamond abrasive belt were replication structure superhard abrasive belt is increased by about 5 times.Based on the grinding efficiency and the surface quality of the workpiece before and after grinding,the optimum grinding parameters were optimized,and the grinding characteristics were studied.Dry abrasive belt and water-resistant abrasive belt are used in the grinding of mobile phone glass back plate by industrial robot.The surface roughness of mobile phone back plate is reduced from 206 nm to 10 nm and 195 nm to 8 nm,respectively,reaching the ideal use state.
