The promotion of the concept of "industry 4.0" makes automation and intelligence become the key research direction of improving production capacity and reducing labor intensity in modern mines.The adaptability of automatic control technology of comprehensive mining equipment is an important guarantee to realize the automation of working face.Because of the complex roof conditions of thin coal seam in China,the production environment is bad and changeable,the mechanical and electrical equipment of working face is still dominated by manual operation.Part of the automatic working face has the problem that the hydraulic support automatic following machine and the shearer memory cutting can not adapt to the roof conditions.Therefore,this thesis combines the specific environment of thin coal seam and comprehensive mining equipment to study the key technology and system of automatic control for thin coal seam.Improve the adaptability of automation control technology in thin coal seam,reduce the actual operating personnel,and improve the automation level of thin coal seam.Combined with the existing experience and development trend of thin coal seam automatic control and medium thick coal seam automatic control at home and abroad,the thesis first analyzes the control structure of the working face equipment according to the working conditions of the thin coal seam working face,and puts forward the automatic control technology system,scheme and automatic control model applicable to the thin coal seam.Secondly,based on the overall design scheme,this thesis designs and studies the positioning technology of thin coal seam shearer based on wireless and wired detection,the automatic following technology of hydraulic support based on the position and attitude of support,the sequential moving control technology of scraper conveyor and the adaptive height adjustment technology of shearer drum,and verifies the effectiveness of the automatic following technology through theoretical calculation.On this basis,this thesis optimizes the load-carrying system of the main control technology.It mainly optimizes the software and hardware of the electronic control system,so that the automatic follow control logic can adapt to the optimized control technology.Through the transfer function method,the stability of the scraper conveyor’s moving control is studied,and the stability of the system is verified.Finally,this thesis uses SolidWorks to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the thin coal seam shearer,the hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor,and uses the kinematic analysis method in Adams to successively simulate the thin coal seam hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor’s automatic control process.Compared with the traditional control method,the improved automatic control technology is superior.Then,the virtual scene of the whole thin coal seam working face is established by using unity 3D virtual simulation technology to simulate the automatic control process of the thin coal seam in the ideal state and verify the feasibility of cooperative operation of each control technology.The related control technologies of hydraulic support automatic following machine,scraper conveyor automatic pushing and shearer automatic coal cutting are verified in the work of 30304 thin coal seam.The effectiveness of thin coal seam automatic control technology is verified by the feedback information of the control center information monitoring management system.Through the theoretical research,control system design,simulation and field application of the automatic control technology in thin coal seam,the adaptability of the automatic control technology in thin coal seam is verified.The efficiency of automatic follow-up of hydraulic support in thin coal seam is increased by 30%.The collision of scraper conveyor is reduced and the speed is stable in the process of moving.The memory cutting of shearer drum can adapt to the change of floor inclination and height.It can meet the automatic control requirements of thin coal seam working face and effectively solve the problem of low automation level of thin coal seam working face.The research results have certain reference value for the promotion and application of automation control technology in thin coal seam,and play a positive role in improving the automation level of thin coal seam working face and promoting the construction of intelligent mine in China.
