Research On Optimization Of Production Management Based On Upgrading Of Mining Technology And Equipment In Gujiatai Iron Mine

In order to cope with the competitive pressure of iron ore market and meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection,China's iron ore mining enterprises have improved their mining technology and equipment.The application of new technology and equipment improved the productivity and production safety in a certain extent,but the lagging production management level did not give full play to the efficiency of new technology and equipment.In this paper,taking Gujiatai iron mine as an example,conducted a study on its production and management to draw following conclusions:(1)Compared the production before and after the upgrading of mining technology and equipment,studied production capacity and OEE of mining equipment to conclude:the upgrading process and equipment improved the efficiency of production,but did not give full play to the efficiency of new technology and equipment.In this regard,the production management should be analyzed to find out the production management problems and the causes of these problems,so as to improve the production level.(2)Analyzed production management status of Gujiatai iron mine with the method of 4M1E and fishbone diagram,the problems in production management of Gujiatai iron mine and the causes of these problems were found.(3)According to the problems of production management and the causes of the problems,corresponding to the current situation of production management,the optimization scheme of production management was studied and designed.First,PDCA theory is used to improve the work method of production scheduling.Second,use 5W1H to optimize the organizational structure to build an efficient mining team.Third,introduce preventive maintenance,full staff maintenance and standardized management means from TPM and TnPM to improve equipment management level.Fourth,take the construction of "dual prevention systems" as an opportunity to optimize safety control.(4)According to various factors in the production management of Gujiatai iron mine and the optimization scheme of production management,the guarantee measures were formulated.First,strengthen personnel allocation and training.Second,improve production environment and process implementation.Third,improve the construction of underground infrastructure and wireless network stations.(5)Comparing and analyzing the production and safety data,Gujiatai mine output rose 6.9%,work injury was "0",mine efficiency has been steadily improved.So the production management optimization plan and measures are effective,it can be used for reference to optimize the production management of other mines in similar conditions.
