The oil consumption of the oil field water injection system approximately accounts for one-third of total electricity consumption and as the comprehensive moisture content rate of oil field increases, water consumption will continue to rise. Energy-saving efforts are also increasingly subject to people's attention. In the past, according to oil field water injection system, we put forward accurate calculation of energy consumption and reasonable technical requirements and evaluation indicators of the economic performance of this system and that plays a regulatory and guiding role in energy-saving technological progress for oil companies and has important significance for reducing the cost of oil production operation. However, in these standards we did not take into account the impact of altitude difference of the water injection system and the unreasonable about energy unit and energy consumption indicator that does not accurately reflect all aspects of oil field water injection system and no longer meet the current level of technology.In this paper, based on oilfield water injection system as the research object and considered the water injection system on the re-division of the energy unit we suppose oil field water injection system as research object and give energy consumption indicators and testing methods of oil field water injection system. Through on-site survey data and theoretical calculation study of playing the role in the field of energy-saving water injection system of the injection pump frequency control devices, centrifugal injection pump to add grade, subtract grade, series, parallel, turning impeller and impeller coating technology, wall paint anti-corrosion and other new technology. Based on field research data and theoretical calculations we determine the discriminate economic performance indicators and limited value of the indicators of the oil field water injection system and complete the amendments of economic operation of oil and gas industry standard SY / T 6569-2010 oilfield water injection system.Through the study of economic operation of the oil field water injection system, we present reasonable technical requirements and evaluation and determine indicators of oil field water injection system that is an important measure for us to promote energy conservation. It will take regulatory and guiding effect in high efficiency, low energy consumption, energy-saving and technological progress of the oil field water injection system and have a great significance in the improving the level of using energy for the oil industry.
