With the globalization of markets,personalized service and project management as an important means to improve the operational efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness,project management is more and more widely used.At the same time,scientific research projects,as an important foundation of the knowledge economy,play an important role in the cause of national economy and livelihood.The settlement monitoring system project of Baosteel plant developed by JY company has the characteristics of difficult demand development,complicated integration technology and many functional interfaces.The whole project is relatively risky.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out risk management research on research and development project of settlement monitoring system in Baosteel plant.In this paper,by introducing the existing risk management theory,select the appropriate indicators to build the risk management elements of the research and development project of the settlement monitoring system,and then through these elements to do research on risk management of research and development projects of the settlement monitoring system in Baosteel plant,Based on the risk factors,the Bank analyzed in a targeted manner how to reduce the risks faced by the project and analyzed and identified the main risks of the project according to the actual situation of the Company's risk control.The main method of analysis used in this paper is AHP,which introduces and analyzes the possible risks of the whole system research and development project.After analyzing the research and development project risk assessment of Baosteel plant Subsidence Monitoring System by AHP,this paper identifies seven major risk factors of risk management abilities of research and development projects of JY company based on the assessment data obtained from the expert group survey,and then from the progress,Risk management,risk management,risk management,risk management,risk management and risk management of Baosteel plant subsidence monitoring system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),capital,technology,demand,personnel,management and performance.,Capital and performance risks and other risks were quantitatively analyzed.Finally,on the basis of risk analysis,this paper studied the risks,such as the technology,demand and progress risk of research and development projects of the subsidence monitoring system in Baosteel plant,and put forward specific measures for the risk response and monitoring of research and development projects of the subsidence monitoring system in Baosteel plant.Through the measures taken by the seven key factors to effectively control the risk factor of the research and development projects of the settlement monitoring system,it provides an effective and effective basis for the risk management of research and development projects of the settlement monitoring system.
