Analysis And Solution To Product Quality At 2030mm Cold Rolling Mill

This paper takes 2030mm rolling mill as the research object;studies the flatness control,small pit roll marks,emulsion stain at Baosteel 2030mm rolling mill.This paper optimizes the model control by studying the shape control model and roll shape at Baosteel 2030mm rolling mill.This paper studies the cause of small pit roll marks and emulsion stain,and makes the related process,and for the follow-up of Baosteel 2030mm Mill to lay the foundation for the improvement of surface quality,at the same time for other similar units to improve the reference,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis the existing DSR model of rolling mill,develop the pilot program,and finally optimizes the DSR control model for the existing 1/4 waves and other shape problems obtains the new control model.(2)The cause of emulsion stain in Baosteel 2030mm Mill is studied,through inserting,destructive test to verify the influence factors of emulsion stain,to make an important determination of the main factors affecting the emulsion stain.(3)Verify the factors affecting the emulsion stain by the insert test,and develop the new emulsion control parameters,insulation platform,the oil spill treatment scheme and the purge model are optimized.(4)The paper studies the production principle of the small pit roll marks at Baosteel 2030mm mill,and obtains the source of the roll marks by destructive test,poor test,source tracking and so on,and makes out the release standard of the sidelines defect of Baosteel,and the shearing standard of the rolling mill entrance.(5)Oon the basis of the correlation analysis and precision test,the process parameters of emulsion filter were obtained,and several technical secrets were formed.(6)To verify the control measures of the roller printing,the small concave pit roller printing control board access to the national patent.(7)Through the development of the project,the quality control level of Baosteel 2030mm mill is greatly upgraded,which lays the foundation for the subsequent quality control and provides a reference for the quality control of the similar units.
