With the improvement of people's living standard,the 200 series stainless steel has wider application scope due to its low raw material cost and excellent performance.The market demands for thickness,shape and surface quality of cold rolled sheet are also increasing.However,because of the difficulty of processing,the market can provide less products such as wire drawing,8K and other high requirements.Baosteel has wide mill equipment advantages,the successful development of BN1H stainless steel and the urgent need to supply 2B products,based on the background of open exhibition BN1H stainless steel strip cold rolling process,including material properties,experimental study of cold rolling process,formulate rules for on-site verification of production and production to solve the difficulty analysis,the research results to ensure the BN1H stainless steel stable and efficient production,and provide experience for similar high strength steel cold rolling production.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Study on the change law of deformed martensite.In this paper,through the deformation of martensite content of BN1H stainless steel-Determination of deformation conditions of different degree of deformation,temperature etc.,the relationship between deformation martensite content and deformation degree and deformation temperature,and the influences of annealing time on the effect of BN1H stainless steel.The microstructure of typical deformation martensite was observed.(2)Research on cold working performance.We observed the changes of BN1H stainless steel with cold rolling tensile strength,improve the yield strength,elongation and hardness of cold processing performance parameters through the test in the cold rolling experiment,compared the processing performance and 304,BN4 steel,describes the stability of austenite stainless steel BN1H,provides the experimental data for the cold rolling process parameters set.(3)Study on the oxidation resistance of high temperature.In this paper,through the experimental test of BN1H stainless steel by oxidation method was used to observe the oxidation resistance,evaluate the annealing parameters of the window size,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled and annealed sheet was studied,providing guidance for the process of strip shape control and annealing process parameters setting.(4)The key technology of cold rolling is formulated.Through the configuration of the roll system,spray,shape control,tension distribution and compression rate distribution technology research,obtained the BN1H stainless steel cold rolling process parameters for the twenty roll of Sendzimir mill,the rolling stability of typical specifications of BN1H stainless steel products production,and the production specifications were developed.(5)The difficulty of production is analyzed and solved.Analysis of the restriction of BN1H cold-rolled stainless steel production of the "herringbone" shape defects,edge crack fault belt and brittle fracture,put forward the corresponding solutions,and the improvement effect was verified,to ensure stable and efficient production of BN1H stainless steel.The above research results have been applied to actual production,and the batch production of BN1H stainless steel has been realized.The research results can be used for reference for Austenitic rolling and high strength steel rolling.
