Market competition is the competition of the company's overall strength and also the competition of time.Grasping the opportunities in the automobile market for a certain period of time,rapidly achieving the breakthrough of Baosteel Jingmi Factory in the small-caliber automobile tube market and improving the product structure and profitability of the precision factory.The three-line cold drawing machine construction project provided a good opportunity.While Baosteel upgraded its equipment to increase production capacity and efficiency,major domestic competitors are also actively deploying their equipment,focusing on markets that Baosteel cannot cover,and trying to expand market share.For the automotive industry,entering first will create an invisible barrier to entry for future entrants.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the progress management of Baosteel Jingmi Factory's three-line cold-drawing machine construction project to achieve a reasonable allocation and optimal combination of construction period,cost,and quality.This article focuses on Baosteel Jingmi Factory's three-line cold-drawing machine construction project,combines the basic theory of the development of the progress schedule in the progress management of the project and the control of the progress,and uses literature research methods,investigation and research methods,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,etc.,for Jingmi plants.The three-line cold drawing machine construction project is decomposed by WBS,and the preliminary plan of the project schedule is determined by combining the resource constraints and the logical sequence of the project work,etc.The problem of the preliminary plan is found through the comparison of the Critical chain and the schedule,and the compression Critical path is adopted.The job schedule and the optimization of the job sequence on the critical chain are optimized to form the project's baseline plan.Then,on the basis of the schedule,the progress of the project is monitored,and the influencing factors such as resource input,abnormal delays or downtime are analyzed,deviations are found and confirmed and corrected,and the progress of the project is controlled.Finally,through the experience summary of the process of project development and control,and put forward conclusions and recommendations,provide guidance and assistance for further implementation of the project follow-up,and at the same time put forward suggestions for other research directions,in order to transform the production side of similar in the future In the project or similar unit construction project,the progress plan is formulated and controlled,the project management level is effectively improved,the project cost is reduced,and the research direction is provided.
